Out of the dozens of remodel projects we’ve had done on our house over the years, I cannot think of one that I’m more satisfied than Scotland. This is the first Unilocal review I’ve written — I believe they’re THAT GOOD. Bejan is a joy to work with. It may sound like hyperbole, but we really felt that this was a «like family» relationship. Mannie, the head installer was expert. Professional, efficient, quick but willing to accommodate. And the others on Mannie’s team were a notch above typical assistants. We had Scotland design (Bejan) and install (Mannie) a full gate system.

I have been a customer for years and while the technicians are knowledgeable, the owner never returned calls for estimates on new parts. And, they no-​showed three times for confirmed appointments. BUT THEN, the owner saw that I posted this review and called me to THANK ME for providing important feedback so he can fix the problems in my gate AND assess what’s broken in his business. NOW THAT IS PROGRESS!!! Kudos for compassion, kindness and willingness to connect! I updated to 4 stars because not everyone out there wants to sincerely make improvements and customer satisfaction but this company does. Worthwhile for EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I called these people several times and emailed them photos without ever once receiving a call back. If the job was too small you could have said so.
They were less than a mile from the simple repair.

Used these guys based on others reviews here for a Torrance location and was very happy with their service. They are fairly priced and they answer the phones when you call them. Knowledgeable about their business for sure pretty reliable. Scheduled within a day or so for both service calls. Entry gates and software programming knowledge for doorking systems, happy to refer them. Keep up the good work, and thanks for coming down from Van Nuys

EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very timely, as well. What more can you ask for? My employer needed new security cameras installed both inside and outside our building, since our old ones were outdated. Scotland Entry came out, provided us with a quote by the end of the same day, and started work the next morning. The service was outstanding.

This company was recommended by the manufacturer of our gate and it was a great recommendation. For months, our pedestrian gate wouldn’t open remotely. I finally got around to calling and the next day John was over and not only fixed the gate, he adjusted the driveway gate to be more responsive and he recoded the phone remote, all within an hour or so.
Very reasonable rates and fast friendly service — what more can you ask for?

These guys rock. When I switched to Time Warner Cable telephone service my driveway gate intercom needed to be reconnected to new phone system. Old gate company was clueless and no help at all over numerous phone calls. Scotland Entry knew what to do right away. Tech came out and was done in 15 minutes!

The Manufacture of our «Chamberlain Elite Motorized Entry Gate» listed Scotland on their web site so I called when the gate stopped working.
They sent a technician out to check it out and he not only found the blown fuse he found the problem in the gate adjustment and took care of the problem. He did need to come back with a part to test the gate 2 days later but took care of the problem. I would highly recommend this company for any repair or maintenance of your entry gates. The fee was very reasonable and the work competent.
