Quality Acceptance

I’ve had the privilege of meeting in person a lot of the staff here, they are a professional and growing company aimed in the right direction. I would highly recommend them if you’re financing a used car through a dealership and see what rates they can offer you. I wouldn’t necessarily listen to some of the issues you hear on Unilocal; they may be disgruntled people who forgot to make their payments on time, just like any bank there’s going to be fees when a contract is breached. I GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS! This place is a shit hole!!! If you can get a loan to pay off your vehicle do it! My fiancé was one payment behind! ONE!!! He made payment arrangements with an idiot named Sonia who was very nice and what we thought «helpful». We set up a date to pay the past due amount of the one payment that we were behind. Never
once did she mention that his truck would be repossessed! Normal finance companies usually threaten you that they will be repossessing your vehicle (normally if you are 3 months behind not 1 month behind!!). Well not this POS place!!! The truck was repossessed last night and now we are paying the past due amount we had already made arrangements to pay plus $ 400 for the tow! When my fiancé called to speak with the dumb ass named Sonia to see why the truck was picked up she stated «that’s just how it works». This place is shady and must have some type of shady deal going on with the tow
company!

This place is horrible. Do not use if you have the option. They repossessed my vehicle over $ 85. I paid on time all the time.

They should change there name from Quality acceptance to Unprofessional Bastards…

They are rude, condescending, unprofessional and ignorant. My questions never get answers. Requests never get completed. Calls never get returned and I’m pretty sure these people have no training at all. They have a high turnover rate and in one months time I was notified that two supervisors had left the company. I would never do business with them again.

The worse on top of th worse ! If you have bad credit your better off not getting a car if your approved here. They have th worse customer service, they add random charges to your account. If you don’t answer the phone (because you work like most people) they will send someone to your house and try to repossess your car because of their mistake ! I can’t stand then as soon as my credit gets better I’m trading the car and thecompany in ! If you get approved deny yourself !

This place is great only downside is you can’t pay online. I had them for over 2 years now and have not had any problems. If I am busy and forget to pay on the due date they don’t harasse you very easy to work with!

They dont have a way to pay online to pay over the phone is a $ 4 fee every month through moneygram $ 10 fee plus the moneygram fee itself. You can always mail the check but theres no promise it will get there and then its not their fault so you get to pay an additional FEE!!!
Horrible staff rude and inconsiderate
Was told i had to pay through moneygram once after a check bounced (my banks fault held my payroll check) then i can pay over the phone again.
Well i go to payover the phone then get told you cant speak to the manager and you have to pay 3 months through moneygram.
I hope this place shuts down theyre such SCAMMERS

Horrible bank, unprofessional employees on phone and in person. They have no knowledge of anything. Managers are even worse. Unhelpful and not friendly at all.
