HORRIBLE! Walter wasted 10 days of my life, took $ 35 from me for one folder that I’ll never see again, and WORST OF ALL, lost me an important client and a job worth $ 1,000+. Do not use this company!!! You will regret it! Worst of all, Walter himself is a rude, mean individual!!! I’ve already complained to the BBB.

Walter was very friendly and helped me crop my headshots, etc. I went to their website and did a walk in from 10 Am to noon and he was able to look at my photos, lay them out and he printed all three headshots for me right then at that moment. I was planning to go back the next day to pick them up but didn’t have to. I had great customer service and my prints came out really nice. I’d recommend this place big time.

Big Zero for this place! This guy is a Jerk!!! I said to myself; despite the bad reviews, let me check it out. So I went today. I tried to retrieve my pictures from the Dropbox website on his computer, and this guy was so impatient, saying «why is it taking so long» «I have stuff to do» as If he was not getting paid. I couldn’t believe his attitude. He’s worst than I thought. So I closed my Dropbox and walked out. The nerve of him. I would suggest going elsewhere. And he’s the guy in the picture :(Very rude, obnoxious and condescending. No customer service skills AT ALL! HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT. Poor!, There are other places that would love your business so why waste your time going to this place.

I went to Printing 4 Today for the first time, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. The owner, Walter, was extremely professional, nice and helpful. He printed out my son’s headshot and I was VERY PLEASED! I will be returning very soon!

Printing 4 today will meet all your head shot printing needs at the best prices in town. Owner Walter Dantas is a total sweetheart and will provide very communicative, professional, and swift service! The website is easy to navigate and Walter will usually give a follow up call to confirm the order and time of pick up. Highly recommended.

Great service and high quality prints! I decided to go to the location so I could see the quality before ordering online. I got immediate service. Saw him create my headshot on the computer and approved it before printing. He even printed them before I left. Total time there was less than 20 minutes.

ZERO customer service.
1. I submitted my headshot order online. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website, which has a Domino’s-style barometer that supposedly indicates the progress of an order, only it actually doesn’t do anything other than acknowledge the receipt of a file. After two full days of «proof pending,» I finally called and was told my prints were ready. No phone call or email from the printer. No proofs.
2. I attempted to pick up my order on Saturday. The P4T website has no hours listed, but Unilocal lists them as 9AM-​6PM. I arrived and the place was closed up, so I called to ask. «Yelp says your Saturday hours are 9 – 6.» «Well, that should be nine to three. We’re just closing up.» «OK, it’s 2:48 and I’m in your parking lot.» «Well, we’re closed.» Click. So I’d wasted an hour driving to Van Nuys and a quarter tank of gas.
3. When I finally did recieve my headshots, the prints were significantly darker than ones from other printers using the identical file. The shadows are blocked up and the eyes are dark. A saturated blue shirt looks almost black — not at all how my file looks. Wasted time and wasted money. Never again.

Found his business through Unilocal,called the place but reception was bad so I then showed up in person, he got angry that I hadn’t used the website (I found him through Unilocal not his website) and got very belittling even after I apologized and offered to use his website over my phone while I was there.
Clearly didn’t want my business, I would not recommend taking your projects to this rude man.

Attention to detail, fast turnaround, value for money, decent quality. If anyone finds a better place in LA pls let me know but so far this wins hands down!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I called this place today and the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked just a few questions and he said look at the website. He didn’t even want to answer any questions. His tone was rude and offending. The worst customer service of any printing company I have seen. I have no idea how he is in business. Its a shame. Don’t ever go here. They don’t care about customers and the quality is cheap. Value your headshots, quality does matter. Don’t waste your time here. You will just get insulted. Very rude owner who doesn’t know anything about customer service. Even when I was asking questions, he just hung up on me. Talk about not caring about customers. Worst Service. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Great Print shop, came in with headshots on usb drive, and left less than 20 minutes later with 100 headshots for less than 50cents each. Great! Great! Great!

Walter is great. Very straight forward, friendly knowledgable and very helpful. He worked with me every step of the process to make sure that I was getting a great product. He even offered some extremely good advice that would help me make more sales.
I highly recommend Printing4Today. The prices are great and the turn around time is fantastic.

I’m hoping that Unilocal Reviews hold as much weight to whoever’s reading this as a quality guarantee, because I really can’t speak highly enough of the service I got from Walter at Printing4Today.
I work in Advertising and was facing the task of printing 300, 12 page color booklets for a client that needed to arrive in CO on a Tues morning. It was Saturday and everyone I had gone to (name almost any LA print shop, online printing service, kinkos, etc.) either said:
A) it was impossible to get the job done in that time
B) closed on weekends
C) Couldn’t be done for less than $ 1,000 (kinkos’s estimate was beyond 5K)
I was hugely cautious to put my credit card info on the printing4today site after having got so many no’s, so I called first. Walter picked up and walked me through every single step of the process so that this nasty ball of stress all of a sudden became no problem. He was able to do it for closer to $ 300 (¹⁄₁₀^th of the avg estimate), and completed it first thing Monday morning at perfect quality, shipping it out to CO for me and providing tracking.
I must have googled «Same Day Turnaround Printing» «Affordable Printing» «Large Quantity Printing at Top Quality» at least 30 times that weekend. No company was able to do what Walter pulled off.
For any with a seemingly impossible project, budget or timeline– this is the place for you.

I had a really great experience with Printing4Today! I needed to get headshots done and their prices couldn’t be beat, especially since they’ll print your resume on the back for free. I called to make sure I could upload things on the website and then placed my order. I was unable to upload the resume because I hadn’t formatted things correctly so I called again and was told just to email it over. I procrastinate more then anyone so I ended up dropping in to pick them up about a week later. It turns out they didn’t get printed so he printed them while I waited. It was perfect though because I got to make sure everything looked right. If you are going to swing by to pick them up I recommend just having them done as you wait anyways. Just allow 15 – 20 minutes. While I was waiting I chatted with Walter and he is a really nice guy. The quality of the print was great as well. I will be ordering all my other printing needs from here in the future.

I had headshots done here about a year and a half ago, and since then I’ve come back for more, sent friends here and done a couple other projects. I have always had good experiences. The prices are GREAT — unbeatable, the speed of service is excellent and the owner Walter is perfect gentleman.
I did have one problem with Printing4Today about a year ago. I ordered 350 posters 11×14, and I only got 345. Since I needed all 350 for the event, I called Walter and asked him about the shortage. He was perfectly friendly and willing to print me the 5 that were missing. He did explain that in printing sometimes the industry standard is over/​under up to 10% and because of machine counting, it is possible that a few might be missing. He printed the 5 right away no question and apologized for the hassle. He was GREAT about it.
I believe the real test of customer service is how someone handles a problem, and Walter handled this small problem with grace and professionalism.
Highly recommended. If you want a good price and fast service, this is your place.

Printing for today is amazing. I take all of my print work to Walter because he is very organized and is willing to take the job to the next level. He’s always very helpful and can do everything. The quality of his work is second to none. Anyone that is giving Walter a bad review is a hater and is probably full of it. Anybody that is been there will back me up on this.

Warning do not go here!!! the guy that owns this place is extremely disrespectful and rude! the second I walked in the door he was yelling at somebody, and i had to wait 20 minutes for him to get off the phone. After his phone call he turned to me and asked what i wanted, not I’m sorry for the wait how can I help you. I had never been so disrespected! Then he yelled at me and told me to leave because I was asking him too many questions about prices and services. This guy is completely insane and I can’t believe he is running a business. you have been warned do not go here!

After being abused and yelled at by Walter, the owner, of this low-​level print shop in the back of a seedy row of office spaces, I was flabbergasted by how I was treated. Upon ordering, on line, for my child, I had requested something specific in the suggested «notes» box. I had paid for my order, in full, and waited for the proof. He made a spelling error on my child’s name (eventhough it was on the attached resume as well as in the body of the order and «notes» box) He made this mistake twice!
I picked up the photos and asked him about the special request. He basically told me that what was done was done and he was pretty much an a-​hole about it. I merely wanted to know why if my special request was not going to be honored why I wasnt informed either at the time of the order or via email? He then turned to me and said, «What, are you really going to make a big deal out of this»? I couldn’t beleive that this was how he handled customer service. I then said to him, that if they could not honor my request, why wasn’t that communicated to me so I could figure out how I wanted to move forward”. He told me he doesn’t need my business and to get out.
The quality of his work sucks, the place is so dirty that I needed a shower after my 45 seconds of being in the establishment, and shows such lack of professionalism. And, becasue I don’t trust him, I decided to count the headshots that I received (I have never done that before). I ordered and paid for 100. I counted 91! 91! He doesn’t even honor ones orders. What does he think he is getting away with. The amount that was spent on these headshots are insignificant, but I will dispute the charges. The invoice says 100 headshots, and I did not receive what I had paid for.
Not only will I never return, but my connections with ICM, CAA, Brillstein, Abrams, Coast to Coast, and the other A-​list agents and managers will not be using him either. By profession, I am a marketing and brand manager. No on knows better than me how to build a company. And no one knows better than me how to take one down.
This guy is a 1^st class A-​hole and I am shocked that he is even in business.

So far the service was exceptional. Ill be picking up my order today so hope they turn out great…

I just got my cards and they are great. Walter was so nice and really helped me out by getting these printed overnight and calling me to let me know some lettering colors needed to be lightened.

Headshots. This review is for their HEADSHOT service and nothing else.
As an actor, I’ve experienced many different businesses who duplicate actor’s headshots.
There are many good points to this place. First of all, it’s virtually unheard of that they DO NOT charge a setup fee. (Meaning, they don’t charge you anything extra to add a border/​plus your name on the pics.) This is a first for me. In 12 years, I’ve never seen that anywhere else. That doesn’t mean nobody else does that… I’m just saying I haven’t seen it before.
Secondly– and this is a HUGE PLUS– the whole process from the time I walked through their doors with my disc in hand, until the time I left with 250 headshots (shrink-​wrapped, and boxed up), 20 MINUTES!!!
DID YOU HEAR WHAT I SAID??? 20 MINUTES!!! In the words of Vizzini from The Princess Bride, «Inconceivable!»
Most places take at least 24 hours for a turnaround proof that you need to give the «ok» to, and then they’ll place your order. 20 minutes. I said 20 MINUTES TOTAL.

The actual quality was decent. I could have paid MUCH more, waited 1 – 2 business days, and received higher quality pics– BUT that’s not the most important factor these days. 99% of your submissions will be digital through casting sites. You are only bringing a hard copy of your headshots to the audition. You don’t need superb quality.
Given all of the other pluses of this place, I can overlook the average quality. They weren’t bad. Seriously.
Downside? It’s a bit of a drive if you live on the Westside, or in Hollywood. It’s not bad for Valley locations.
Other downsides? Or maybe you would consider them to be upsides for the educational factors. It seems a tad bit creepy when you first walk in. You aren’t sure if you can trust the slightly disheveled appearance of the shop. Then a guy walks you back to a different room where they TOUCH UP the color for FREE (sorry, forgot to mention that).then you walk to the printing room (interesting)…then you walk to the cutting room (creepy/interesting)…then you go back to the computer room to pay. I felt like I was living an episode of «How It’s Made» with my own factory tour. Cool.
On top of all that, the PRICES were really good– especially considering the turnaround time, and free setup.
20 minutes. Yeah I said it again.
