Pacific Stone Tile & Marble

The tile is nice, but the bookkeeping is about as bad as it gets. I put in a back splash in the kitchen. PST&M has a nice selection. However, they estimated the order arrival date and said they would call. They never called. When I called several days after the estimated date they wanted my invoice number and the person’s name who ordered it. Who remembers the sales person’s name? Apparently they don’t follow orders according to customer name or phone number but according to sales person. Commission sales?
Later, when I needed more tile they claimed I had never been their customer. I had to actually go to the store with my invoice to order more tile. Again they gave me an arrival date and never called. Again I called. Again they wanted the sales person’s name and my invoice number. Then they wanted me to photograph my invoice and email them. Still no call back. I called again. You know the drill now – invoice number and sales name. We’ll call you back after we check the warehouse. A huge pain to work with these folks. The tile is great but the bookkeeping needs an overhaul. I’ll be going elsewhere next time – somewhere that links inventory to customer, not to sales people.

Tony was extremely helpful and has a great eye. Every time we needed additional tile, he came through for us. He gave us numerous samples to help us figure out what we liked. We had a wonderful and smooth experience working with Tony. We highly recommend working with this company.

I have worked with Pacific Stone on a couple of projects. First, I went in to check out their quartz selection for my kitchen counter top. I was impressed with the variety that their showroom offered. I had been all over the Valley and kept seeing the same items and Pacific Stone had options that I hadn’t seen anywhere else. I was very impressed! I worked with Norma from start to finish and she was wonderful. I used one of their recommended installers and he was phenomenal.
I am updating my bathroom and stopped in to see their flooring options. Once again, I was impressed with their selection and found a unique option that I haven’t seen elsewhere — or anything like it. Norma helped me again and made some magic happen in getting it in quicker than promised.
Would definitely recommend Pacific Stone!

Showed up at 4pm –closed– supposed to be open till 5? Inconvenient when I drove 49 min. To get here!

Norma is the sweetest. She really cares about her customers and will help you anyway she can. We used this store for all our tile work and counter tops when we opened up our business.

I have purchased tile for four bathrooms that I have personally remodeled. I refer friends and family to Norma. She’s just like everyone said, helpful and on top of it and always willing to help.

Called for a special tile that I could not find anywhere. Norma put me on hold for a minute and BANG! We can get that for you. I only need 2 sheets. No problem. Can have it in 2 days. Love these guys. They are even shipping it directly to my house. Service matters to these guys.

Norma and Daniel were very helpful. Norma helped us find tile and took her time with us. When the manufacturer’s tile had marks on them, they called the manufacturer and helped us with the problem.
