Mercury has service second to none. Not only do they always respond quickly when we call, but they go above and beyond to keep us working at top capacity. After a successful service call, we mentioned to our service technician that every once in a while our machine misbehaved for no apparent reason. It was a passing comment and not something that we thought required any attention at that time. Several days later, the service technician comes walking in the door and says, «I was in the area and was thinking about your machine. I brought some parts that I think will stop that occassional problem.» The call was all part of our service contract and the problem has not reappeared since he «stopped by». That is the type of support a small business needs from it’s vendors. Thank you very much Team Mercury.

Document Imaging is only a piece of their business… they can help with everything from digital document displays (White Boards etc) to mailing machines

Mercury Document Imaging has done a great job for RGEB, Really Great Empoyee Benefits, for the past 14 years. We have bought or lesased 3 copiers over the years as we have grown and our needs have changed.
Joel Volk & Cathy Russel are very knowledgable and helpful. They do what they say they will do!
I was very impressed with their professionalism, expertise and communication.
When we need a second machine or need a larger capacity machine we will count on Mercury to take care of us.

We have been working with Mercury for over 5 years now. We have always gotten great responsive service. Even when we have recieved faulty cartridges that had nothing to do with Mercury, we have gotten next day replacements and a smile.

The response to my review was also a joke and assumed the ridiculous sales response from a person of that caliber. This leads me to my point, Mercury has a false sense of proving the company is evolving when they cannot take care of the customers it has. We had two locations with them in two different counties and they have failed to be the professionals they claim to be. Secondly, I challenge anyone to go to these so called «satellite office» and see any service parts or toner where they simply try to act as if they are larger then they appear to be.
FP Products fit this dealership perfectly as they are just as low class and are «not industry leading». I would rather buy stamps then to buy that junk. Here’s a thought, why put customers into new solutions when Mercury should be investing into what really needs attention (customer satisfaction). Mercury would be better off trying to make a «faster buck» if they did just that. Sleazy and typical 20+ year old copier company trying to bite off more than they can chew at the expense of their customers.

For mailing products contact Pitney Bowes as they used to be bad but all other competitors are worse i.e. FP and Hasler/​Neopost.

I am a small business. We have 10 computers and 5 printers. Before I buy a printer from anywhere I call Mercury. The reason is I get an honest answer based upon what I need, not how much commission a saleman will make. Not only that, but when something stops working. he either fixes it or let’s me know that it’s time for a new one. Combined with knowledge, great service, fair prices, I will never go anywhere else.

Found these guys by searching for someone to come and clean/​service our printers at work. They had an introductory deal online… for $ 99, they’d service 3 printers. It sounded like a good deal to my boss and I, so I took them up on the offer.
The technician came the next day and fixed our sorry, dirty, toner-​bleeding printers. [A side note to others, please take it from us: you get what you pay for… if you’re buying re-​manufactured toner cartridges, spend a little more for quality ones.] I’m happy to report they’re running just fine now.
We liked their attentive service so much that we also ordered our drums and toners from them too, which are of great quality and competitive prices.
To sum it up? Good prices and honest service in a service area that can be shady and scummy. Don’t hesitate to call on them if your copiers/​printers need some TLC.
