The best flower shop in Van Nuys! My flowers lasted for 2 weeks and the owner Mariam even gave me a few tips on how to take care of my flowers! I’m never disappointed and I will always recommend my family to them!

This is the worst place people don’t go to Mariam’s flowers. Worst customer service. They don’t even speak English very well. I also was fooled by these clowns. You order one thing they send another.

Horrible service. They always lie about the prices of their flowers and they overcharge like crazy. The owner is very rude and will rip off anyone. Worst place to buy flowers from.

There are no words to be spoken horrible service there were two ladies theire when I walked in told them I need a flower arrangement for a funeral and told them I wanted something like a heart I asked for a catalog they said they don’t have a catalog then sent me to see one they had made for someone else they also told me that all the work they do starts at $ 250 how do you price me when u don’t know what I want. Then I ask what my options were they tell me that they don’t do funeral flowers I couldn’t figure out how they can have one made and tell me they don’t do funeral arrangements overall they don’t know what they are talking about I will never go to this place ever again and I recommend bo one does

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience because of the poor service I received. My sister & I dealt directly with Mariam the owner for flowers for our fathers funeral that was on Friday June 26^th 2015. My sister ordered a floral arrangement shaped into a cross to put on top of our father’s casket, my sister communicated this to her in two ways by phone clearly stating the arrangement would go on top of the casket and also by text message to clarify, I read the text and it clearly stated for casket.
I checked on the order the night before to confirm everything was in order and when I asked about it being placed on the casket she replied «it is on a stand, it cannot go on the casket» we went back and forth about what my sister meant but when I asked her about the text that said casket she replied «I thought she meant for the funeral». To be professional if you are not sure you call and ask. So now I don’t have any floral arrangement for on top of the casket and she says it’s too late to make a cross but she can make a nice spray of flowers for the casket for $ 250. The funeral is at 10am the next morning, so I say yes because I have no other choice. She also asks me to send her a text message of what I want written on the cross, so I text her what I want and also state if this is not clear to her, please let me know.
The cross arrives the next morning and both the cross and casket spray are beautiful except that she spelled «Beloved Grandfather» «Beloved Grandfader»…how embarrassing to our family! Especially since I spelled everything out in detail… lack of professionalism. And then the kicker is she charged my credit card $ 300 instead of $ 250 which is what we agreed on. And when I called back to discuss all of this with her she didn’t care at all, she was indignant and said she made the spray for the casket even though it was last minute… AS IF i SHOULD BE GRATEFUL… IT WAS HER FAULT THAT SHE DIDN’T GET THE FIRST ORDER RIGHT, THAT CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO PUT THE SECOND ORDER IN AND ON TOP OF THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR IT AND THEN PAY $ 50 MORE BECAUSE IT WAS A LAST MINUTE ORDER OF WHICH SHE NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT TIL AFTER THE FACT. DUE TO HER SCREW UP! SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED, SHE NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING TO MAKE UP FOR HER MISTAKE, DIDN’T EVEN OFFER TO RETURN THE $ 50 OVER CHARGE THOUGH SHE KNEW I WAS UPSET ABOUT IT!
On top of that she messed up my cousins order also, my cousin ordered a white floral arrangement on a stand on behalf of her father and a colorful arrangement on a stand for her and when they arrived they were two of the same arrangements. She did apologize to my cousin for that screw up. The arrangements were all very beautiful that was not the issue, the issue was her service and not trying to make things right. Very sloppy business practices.

What a joke! Spent $ 75 on a dozen roses yesterday and less then 24hrs they’re all dying most are dead! Pathetic! I should’ve stuck with conservatory on highland but I was trying to support my neighborhood. Never again! Ruined my valentine day and wasted my money. Very disappointed. Very

I can’t speak much for flower prices because I only buy so many… but I purchased a bouquet of a dozen roses which came down to a total of $ 32.70 (including tax)
I walked in and saw that she was finishing up with another customer. They were both speaking a language other than English and therefore I began to sweat a little because here I am, a young lady who only speaks English… I felt like she would have gotten the impression that I’m only there to look and not buy so when it was my turn, I cut to the chase. When I made it obvious that I was purchasing, her face glistened with joy. The lady was pretty adorable… lol. The place is small but there are many flowers. The bouquet was very pretty and the service was great. First impressions are everything, right?

This review has been long overdue. I came in a while ago (maybe in the July) to pick up some flowers for my friend, as she recently had a baby. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I had a specific budget for the flowers, and they took VERY good care of my needs. The arrangement that I got took about 10 minutes for them to put together, and it was HUGE. I couldn’t believe it. They really know customer service.
I got their name from a client, that was a long time customer of theirs, and I will continue to be so as long as I live in the valley. In fact, I will be going back tonight to get flowers for my mother’s birthday.

This is my go to flower shop in the Valley. They usually have arrangements ready but I call ahead of time give them my request on flower preference, on type of flowers– bouqet or arrangement & price range. They always come thru & never disappoint. A definite 5 stars !

Mariam and her staff are always a pleasure to work with. They’re my go-​to florists for any occasion. Their prices are more than reasonable and they’re arrangements are always beautiful.
