Joe did an AMAZING job on my mom’s 1999 Honda Accord. This is TOP QUALITY WORK! I can’t say enough about this place! Thanks again Joe! :)

I had my new Honda repaired at Joe’s after I was rear ended. Joe did an amazing job and my car looks like new. He’s friendly and even his staff that you don’t really talk to are still polite. He delivered the car timely and dealt with insurance.

I can’t even tell you how their auto body work is because they were such @$$holes that I not only refused to work with them once, but twice. I drove my car up to get a quote on a paint job and they were so dismissive and rude that I drove off. However, a few weeks went by, I decided to call and see if I could get another person to work with. Whoever answered the phone was equally obnoxious! Maybe they’re stellar workers but they’re awful people. Proceed at your own risk.

Great professional job done. Very happy with the service. The only place I would bring my car to be repaired to again. I have written a positive review — but Unilocal decided it was too positive to publish! So, here is a short one and I left out one star since Unilocal seems to pull out the 5-​star reviews it seems– except for the other Joe’s Auto Body on Calvert in Van Nuys!

was referred by a friend who thought this is the place to go to get my hood repainted.
the WORST paintjob I have ever seen in my life — did not match the original color, was not dried out, had a nice overall orange peel effect… these guys have NO idea what they are doing. they might be in business for a long time but no formal training on the basics of how to prepare and execute a perfect paintjob.SCAMMERS.that charge you for their lack of knowledge.
too bad I cannot give negative stars here…
remember — if you buy cheap, you buy expensive! not only goes for actors, also goes for bodyshops like this little spacko.

Joe has done the body work for my family’s cars for a while. He is quick and neat and has no problem with dealing with the insurances companys. I was also impressed lately because he painted my rims and my grill on my c class. He never fails too impress!

I’ve come to rely on him for high quality and someone I can trust and turn to for years. He has proven to be reliable and sometimes substantially less expensive than other estimates. I’ve come to Joe for every auto body issue I’ve ever had (and I’m 40 now). My father used him and now I use him and I’m so thankful to have someone I can trust in this field. His work is seamless. I have a boring minivan, but I see hot rods in there when I go in and clearly people rely on him for their high end work. As the Enterprise rental guy said to me, «there are so many companies that spring up and and go away so quickly, but Joe’s has been around for EVER.» Anyway, that’s 2 cents from a soccer mom (that drives from Woodland Hills to get her car fixed by someone that she trusts).

A neighbor backed into my car and put a hole in my bumper. She mentioned to go to Joe’s, and that she’s been going there for a long because he was so good and she would pay for it.
I was so impressed with Joe’s friendliness and prompt service! He said to drop my car off and Tues. but I couldn’t make it. I was running late on Wed. and Joe said to still bring it in and he could get my bumper replaced in only a couple of hours. He actually went above the call of duty and had my car done in less than 2 hours.
He put priority on my car and it made me feel really special. Also, his daughter was kind enough to drop me off to shop and pick me up.
It was the most pleasant car servicing experience I can remember and I’m in my 30’s.
Joe is so genuiounly friendly and has a good spirit. He showed me photos of some of the famous people who’s cars he’s serviced. I guess being there for 41 years shows what a great job he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone :-)

When my Camaro got a hit and run, Joe was very helpful with the service and insurance. Excellent body repair and paint matching. He took care of my baby and my moms Honda crv. Very fast and +A service, I recommend it to anyone, thanks Joe.
