Found this place by Siri when looking for a nearby falafel reastaurant. Ordered chicken kabob and falafel plate. The food was more or less ok but the reastaurant was dirty. Since this place except EBT most of the diners were homeless people and the place had a smell of sweat. There is plenty of parking and be ready to wait for your food.

This is right outside my place it’s an old Armenian restaurant but they have some of the best falafel and some of the best lule kebab. I love coming here when I’m to lazy to cook at home or just want a Mediterranean food.

This place is a gem that serves up Mediterranean and american style foods. The quality is always good and the taste is right. The restaurant is kept clean and service is always friendly. Great variety, good prices, and quick service.

They refused to take a Groupon voucher. It clearly said on the voucher that the value paid for does not expire.

My rating is a 4 for the food. I got the Pizza comb which came with a pepperoni pizza, fries and a drink. I was surprised it came with fries, usually pizza combs only come with a drink. The Pizza was good, the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was a little surprised the food was as good as it was. My rating for everything else was a 2. It was dark and a little dirty. It looks like the place could use a good cleaning. At first I was a little hesitant to eat here, but overall I was glad I did. The price of the food was not bad at all.

Food was a solid eh. Got the gyro and I don’t think the lamb could’ve been any dryer. The onions looked like they were sitting out for a couple days before I placed my order. Im currently on the toilet writing this review because I haven’t stopped peeing out of my butt and I’m scared to get up. Someone help. Oh and those fucking heebs charged me a dollar for a refill.

Disturbingly bad. I live in the area(What up, ‘Nuys?) and have passed by this place for many years without every daring or desiring to go in. But today… my lucky day… not. No sense of atmosphere or décor, as many here have already written. A framed drawing of Mt Ranier(?) jostles with Moses parting the Red Sea for attention. The place does seem clean though. Family owned and not terribly friendly, at least not today. But who cares? Is the food good? I ordered the standard gyro plate. The rice was actually quite tasty and flavorful(thus the two stars). The gyro meat was appalling. It was cut into long rectangular sticks, like thin french fries, and had been way overcooked. Not overcooked… burnt. Half the meat was this way. Burnt. It would crunch as you tried to eat it. Crack and crunch. I still have that lingering burnt taste in my mouth two hours later. I also ordered a side of onion rings. I know, Armenian-Mediterranean food, why order onion rings? I felt like it. Mistake. DONOTORDERTHESE. Clearly these are just pre-made frozen ones from a bag and poured into a fryer. They were decidedly on the chewy side as if they had sat much too long in the freezer. Tough and chewy. Now I feel nauseous. Great… The total for the gyro plate and the side order of onion rings came to $ 12. So I got crappy food at a not very cheap price.

Very slow service and mediocre food at best. Gyros was missing yogurt sauce, chicken kebob was flavorless and both had more onions than meat. Chili fries were inedible and onion rings were overcooked. They forgot to include the two baklava I paid for, but with prospects of them being tasty seeming grim, decided the trip back wasn’t worth it.

Decided to Unilocal for some type of lunch delivery and found Harry’s. A man answered, amd I asked if they delivered to my address. He asked if I was at a house or a business and then informed me that they don’t deliver to houses. LAME. They should not be listed as a delivery service.

The guy who took my order wasn’t friendly and had an attitude! In this competitive food business you better learn how to make people feel comfortable and welcome and these people wonder why they don’t stay in business. Prices and the food were ok but Ill just go to panos on victory next time.

Harry’s has been around for a while. They have decent pizza, but the real reason to eat here is the well-seasoned Mediterranean food. We had a Gyro and a Two Meat combo. For the price, these things are huge! The two meat combo came with a grilled whole tomato and a grilled spicy pepper. Fabulous flavors, really! I, too think that the meats were a bit overcooked, but I guess that I could have said something before I ordered. The wild rice in the combo was buttery tasting, but not oily. For lunch, it was more than filling, so we boxed up and had the leftovers for the next day. Since I spent less than $ 25 for two people, I’m thinking that it was a deal.

Very good food as well as very good customer service! Not only are they also cheap but theyve won i think about 5 – 6LA’s best food award-winner awards and thats pretty cool. I recommend this place if you want a good burger, pizza, breakfast, hot sandwiches, etc.
