With over ten years experience, Ground Up Builders is committed to making your remodeling experience as pleasant as possible while delivering the highest quality of service and craftsmanship from start to finish.

Unlike most construction companies, our projects are not supervised by only sales men or designers. To assure quality craftsmanship and service ALL of our projects are directly supervised by a licensed contractor.

We at Ground Up Builders always remember to do our part in helping the environment, staying up to date with all USGBC (U.S Green Building Council) guidelines and the REGREEN Program.

Our personnel is licenced by CSLB (Contractor State Licence Board) as well as BPI (Building Performance Institute) which means we go through rigorous, credible and defensible written and field examination process to prove knowledge, skills and professional competency in the building performance industry designations.

Ground Up Builders personnel holds centuries of experience in the construction industry. The staff listens to you and helps you obtain the best value for your dollar. We promise no long appointments, no high-​pressure sales tactics, and no high prices to frighten you. Ground Up Builders offers free estimates for all your home improvement projects. Before we break grounds on any project we make sure a full design and work schedule are in place. While understanding that plans may change as work progresses the right starting plan can save on time and money later. We deliver daily progress reports to you via email or phone explaining the work accomplished today and the plan for tomorrow. By request we send pictures of each stage.
