Mr. Geilim was born and raised in Los Angeles, California born of a Cuban father and Nicaraguen mother. Graduated from Loyola University with a degree in Political Science and went on to obtain a masters degree in Latin American Studies from UCLA. Graduated from law school and has been practicing since 1985. With his Spanish skills he has dedicated his practice to help and represent the Latin American community in Los Angeles.

Worst experience ever. Ill try to make this short and to the point:
1. Office manager who signed my contract has been disbarred from the STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA from stealing thousands from clients and blaming it on his cocaine addiction. Look him up under Mohammad Nadim and you will see what I am talking about.
2. Never spoke to the «real» lawyer until 9 Months into the case when my settlement was ready to be signed.
3. Tried to meet with GIlbert on several occasions and actually showed up to his office to find out that he could not make it. Wasted time from work, gas to drive out for our appointments we had scheduled and confirmed. No call ever to let me know he could not make the appts. Poor Communication.
4. Attorney is very unprofessional and rude.
5. Does not return phone calls
Lastly,
if you do decide to stay with this attorney, just know that Moe Nadim will be handling everything and signing all your documents. He was the only one that had called both insurance companies and spoke with my Chiropractor to negotiate. Basically, you will be misrepresented and Moe will do all the work under Gilbert G. name. I did tell Gilbert this and his response was «DO NOT THREATEN ME!!! BLAH BLAH BLAH! He was very defensive obviously because he knows he is guilty in some way. Man is a character and not a very friendly one. Will be going to the state bar and hopefully they will take action. I would not be surprised if the state does nothing because of how corrupt the system is. I will take my chances and settle my losses.
My advise to others is to RUN the opposite way from this firm. There are plenty of lawyers who actually are passionate about what they do and care about there clients.
Hope this helps most people who are indecisive and in need of a lawyer.
