this place trash i would’nt recommend anyone to go there and shop for insurance i waited in the lobby for an hour and when i got helpped i got the rudest agent in the room i spoke with sandra so if you do decided to go to freeway don’t i repeat go talk to sandra worst customer service and was being a complete pain she didnt help me at all. very dissapointed with there services. was recommended by a friend but was the worst mistake. there is a tall girl there who seem to calmed everyone in the lobby becasue we were all frustrated if i could choose a person i would had chosen her i think the agent sandra just left a bad impression on freeway i hope they actually take time and train these people with better customer service. i wouldn’t recommend freeway insurance.

Came in a few days ago to simply get a quote. They not only gave me the best price but lisbeth was very outgoing, polite, and efficient with us. I was able to get a quote with them and still keep shopping they didn’t pressure me in going with them or anything like most places do. After checking out 2 other places I came back and signed up with them. Like I said they weren’t only the best price and coverage but they have great customer service so I’m glad I went with them!
Definitely ask for lisbeth she was super nice and helpful.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever used.
I was helped by Fernando. When I first called he seemed to rush me off the phone and didn’t explain much of setting up policy. That should have been a warning sign.
Well my down was 300 which he split. 1st Payment was 150 which he charged my card but didn’t tell me that I would be charged and extra 20 $ for using my card. When I tried to get my paperwork to give to the dmv (an sr22) they didn’t email it to me nor did they send it to the dmv. I called several times no one could help me. I had to call home office to get them to send it.
When I made my first payment Fernando never told me i would be automatically charged 150 again in 10 days. He told me to call in 2 weeks to set up payment arrangements. So I was shocked to find out that they already charged me 150 and could not re-​inverse me nor help in anyway.
I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. Feel like I was lied to and screwed over. I would not recommend anyone to use them.

This place is unprofessional. Jennifer the manager should not be a manager at all. I had a couple of questions in regards to my policy and she did not want to help me at all. She deliberately gave me attitude and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. She was rude, arrogant, and very unprofessional. I went to another location and they were so helpful and distraught that this location let alone the worst manager ever couldn’t do anything to help.

If I could negative stars, I would! Fraud and scammers, I had to switch policies like 3 times in less than 6 months and each time they still over charged me. Fake promises and lies BEWARE!

I had come in here before for insurance so i decided to come back at first i talked to a guy over the phone and he gave me some prices and once i got here he wasnt here and they said they couldnt do it but mrs claudia jensen really polite tried her best to help us out with a low insurance we are happy and we really recommend her customer service.

If I can give this place no stars I definitely would. At first I was very satisfied with the service, I was helped by Jennifer Reyes which was so nice and helpful, when I left she told me to call her if I had any questions or concerns. I was so pleased I recommended this place and even got a couple of friends to go.
It hasn’t even been a month and I have had so many problems. My insurance rate was raised without even letting me know, I have called Jennifer a couple times and she still hasn’t fixed the issue, she only tells me she will call me back. I never get a call back and when I call AGAIN they tell me she already left. I am so unsatisfied with the customer service with this place, they honestly should be more considerate with customers, or at least have the courtesy to call the customers back.

This is my first time in the office I heard about this place online. So I’m giving it a shot. The people are friendly as you walk in. All tho I did see they do need more staff. Only 4 people working and the wait was not long. I was finally help by Jennifer really nice lady. She was helpful and advice me in the best choices for my car. I hope I remain happy with this insurance company otherwise I would have to change insurance again. Let’s hope I don’t.

Helping, and finding the right information is the most important thing these days. I have tried many places, online, phone calls, but visiting this van Nuys office was the best among them all, I was lucky I met Jenny when I visited in this office and she was so helpful, she helped me to choose the right insurance with correct coverages and I was ready to go in 15 minutes, with the best coverage is available out there. I would definitely recommend to all my friends to come and visit and get their insurance coverage here even if they currently have insurance coverage.

Lucy Jensen is great! She’s the best. She didn’t stop searching for several options until she found a policy that suits my needs and sooooo affordable. She even helped me out in my deposit and gave me coupons to save. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I hope Freeway insurance can find more people like her.

My auto renewal was coming up and I no longer wanted to stay with my agent. I looked up the nearest Freeway office near and this can nuts office was the closest one.
I wasn’t expecting much, but I was in shock as soon as I walked in.
Lucy offered me water on a hot day and asked me how she can help me.
I don’t like it when a sales person is being dishonest and I told Lucy right away, that I don’t like BS. I need straight answers and straight pricing.
She gave me a quote that was half of what I was paying before.
I signed up right away and just wanted to share this experience with anyone thinking about getting insurance.
Ask for Lucy she is the best !!!

This place is AMAZING! We went in two week ago because we couldn’t afford our last insurance payments, we made an appointment with Raul (we were late and he still took us in), this guy is amazing! He helped us out so much and lowered the payments as much as possible, we literally saved TRIPLE of what we used to pay, he even got to lower the down payments for us. This place is great, very helpful and great manners and respectful. This insurance agency is great, highly recommend it. **Gay friendly**
Next time you go, ask for Raul, he’s fantastic!
