We are automotive craftsmen specializing in vehicles of any make or model (import or domestic) built before 1975. Our areas of expertise center around electrical wiring and metal fabrication, though we are competent mechanics. We do not hesitate to consider any job large or small, and have taken on jobs spanning tune ups to full vehicle restorations. Our electrical skills range from basic electrical troubleshooting or modification to complete vehicle rewiring to original or custom specifications. Metal fabrication skills range from design and construction of custom structural components to perform drive-​line or chassis modifications on to aesthetic modifications for a vehicle’s exterior or interior. On any day of the week, there is a cross-​section of automotive history present in the shop

History

Established in 2011.

Business owner, Mr. Cole Taylor, and shop manager Mr. Max Rabinek, have had an afinity for automobiles since their youth. Evil Genius Fabrications was born out of that appreciation for all things automotive. In the early 2000’s Cole left his corporate life to focus that passion into the founding of Evil Genius Fabrications. He had previously served four years in the US Navy performing aircraft electrical maintenance, and Evil Genius provides those electrical skills which far eclipse the abilities of many of our competitors. As automotive enthusiasts first, the Evil Genius team does not only pursue excellence in our craft, but in our relations with clientele. The maintenance, modification, and restoration of vintage, antique, or classic vehicles is our way of life.

Business Owner

As an automotive enthusiast since a very young age, Cole has always had a deep appreciation for vehicles of all types and all things mechanical. After serving four years in the US Navy performing aircraft maintenance, Cole spent some time in corporate America before leaving that life to pursue his true passion. The attitude of technical excellence he developed while repairing aircraft has carried directly into the day to day operations of Evil Genius Fabrications.
