The best ever!!! Never fails to send nanny when you needed it, even as urgent as you want. They always have good people and alot of choices. Trini Vasquez is a scam artist. They supplied bogus information for the care giver (wrong ph#, wrong address, wrong identification #s). This place is not a place for a 92-​year old who needs home care. All the manager of the company wants is to get their $ 540 fee; then, they’ll forget you. Just read the contract.

This agency is unbelievably dishonest. They send people who have no clue and demand top dollars. They get their fee and leave you hanging. I hired someone who left after 2 weeks — she was awful to begin with. after that I didn’t get a single person. After many calls and much aggravation I was forced to forego $ 800 and go to another agency.

scam ! do not go here. triny will tell you everything you want to hear, but she is a big liar. after coming to my house and me telling her what i need she sent me a lady who she said was amazing. the lady quit. after calling a bunch of times and asking for my money back $ 800 more than any money i have ever an agency, she sent another girl with fake reference.. the lady disappeared after a few weeks. then she send 2 others with fake references. she is a great salesperson but will send anyone without any information or real reference. you are better off finding someone at the bus stop. do not go here … do not waste your money … and she comes up with the most craziest stories as to why they quit or left … don’t believe a word she says …

This is a horrible agency. Be careful of them, All they care about is their referral fee. They don’t do their due diligence in checking their nannies. And they certainly don’t care about you, it’s all about money money money with them!
The 1^st time I selected someone and called her reference, the reference was staged, at 1^st they didn’t remember who the nanny was and then later they gave an amazing reference. How do you not remember the nanny that took care of your newborn till 2 years?
The 2^nd time I interviewed and checked references, I hired her and let her go in 4 days, she was horrible with my 6 month old baby. She put my baby face down buried in the couch with his arms behind his back as she folded a blanket. he couldn’t roll over, couldn’t pick his head up. Was the worst 10 seconds of my life watching this over the nanny cam.
The 3^rd time, I interviewed and called the nanny’s reference several times, i got no call back.
I tried reasoning with Trini to give me back ½ the referral fee and she hung up on me saying they don’t do refunds.

It’s very difficult to find a good nanny in the first place. We leave our children in their hands, and children are like sponges where they can be very easily influenced with whom they are around with. For this reason, my husband and I are very particular to whom we hire.
My cousin had referred Eva’s domestic agency to me. I have worked with several agencies before and I have to say that I can’t say enough good things about Eva’s Domestic agency. I worked with Elizabeth who carefully listened to my requirements and she would pair me up with possible candidates.
Finding a right nanny is no easy task. We all know it. Their working habits have to blend in with your lifestyle and schedule and not every custom is the same in every household. Thus it takes patience and work to find a good match. The first two nannies did not work out however, I know that it’s really not the agency’s fault. Unfortunately there were just differences. However, what was most important is that each time when I knew the nanny would not work, I had called Elizabeth and she would listen to why it didn’t work and she would put thought in it and find another candidate for me. I’ve met many agencies where you pay them the first time, it doesn’t work out and when you come back for a replacement, they don’t give you the same treatment as the first time. That was clearly NOT the case with Eva’s agency. Elizabeth would listen to what the differences are and evaluate to me what kind of candidate she should look for next candidate. In the interviews, she would pay special attention to let the candidate know my areas of concerns and what was important. She spent patient hours defining to the new nanny what I expected and made the job so much easier for me.
I am not sure why the other reviews say that they are not responsive. This is one of the biggest applaud I give to Eva’s agency. They are EXTREMELY responsive and attentive and she would even call me during the evenings to help me with communications with the nannies. When my first nanny didn’t work out, she would ask me to come in that same afternoon to interview with another candidate. She was considerate enough to also have arranged the nannies to start working right away that very same day of the interview so I don’t have any lapse being nanny-​less which is a big thing for me because my work is so busy.
Elizabeth paired me up with a wonderful nanny and I am very grateful. Elizabeth was very sincere and worked hard to pair me up with the right one from beginning to the end. If you are one of the parents looking for a nanny, we all know that we go through tremendous stress when the wrong candidate comes to our house. Unlike other agencies, Eva’s agency go through this process with you patiently and put effort to pair you up with someone you are happy with.

This agency is one of the best I’ve seen. They are unlike other agencies where they have anybody that comes to them. They are careful and selective and do all the screening for you.
Elizabeth made the entire process very easy and was very attentive to my needs. She paired me up with very good and hardworking nanny very quickly.

This agency is HORRIBLE! We hired a nanny through this agency and when the nanny quit 1 month later they refused to live up to their agreement to help us find another nanny. Trini continually ignored our calls and then she finally sent one candidate who did not even know what she was being interviewed for. Do not use this agency!

This agency is dishonest and a rip off. I would highly advise against using them. They do not know anything about their candidates and bad mouth them to the clients. The candidates are unreliable, lie and are unqualified. They just send you whoever walks through the door. Even with the replacement guarantee once they have your money they do not send good people as they send them to new clients to make extra money. At two weeks salary fee this is not something I suggest people risk.
Trini and Elisabeth are both cunning and dishonest. They pretend to have your interest in mind but all they care about is taking your money and running. They only want cash payments so there is no proper trail and can not be liable for poor service provided.

No stars for this agency! This agency is horrible and a SCAM so beware. They do not fulfull their part of the contract. They kept telling each person that we interviewed what to say before they came. They promised us ladies who were fluent with english if we paid more and they gave us nannies who didnt speak english. The first nanny and last that we hired worked for three weeks and was fired because she lied about everything we asked her to do and could not be trusted with our baby. She also failed to provide proper documentation and lied about her references. She presented only one reference which she lied about it being her daughter. We didnt hire anyone else but kept interviewing more ladies and giving them two trial days which Elizabeth said would be okay and that those ladies did not count as our replacements. One lady fed my baby solid food even though i told her he is on breastmilk only. Another lady dropped him on the floor next to the dog and went to the bathroom with him crying hysterically. Thank god i was home. After i asked her why she did what she did she couldnt answer and just left. Im very happy that i have cameras in my house and i have voice recordings of this incident. Every lady did not want to work. Even though they had multiple breaks in between and full 11 hours of sleep each night they complaimed about everything. When i discussed this with the agency they said everything is my fault and that i have a bad attitude, yet Trini and elizabeth both yelled at me and hung up the phone on me and my husband numerous times when we just asked for an explanation why they sent us unprofessional and unethical illegal workers without any paperwork. We wanted a replacement because part of our contract we were granted three but they refused to give us anybody and refused to return our money back. Agency is a SCAM so please beware.

The owner Trini is a true liar, she sent me two candidates that I hired trusting her recommendation and I had problems with both ladies. One did not have an authorization to work in the US so she did not have a DL and after a few weeks of working for me she was not able to coming in the gated gate because she did not have a DL on her. The housekeeper was a crazy woman that created so much trouble and she use to tell me that she was seeing ghost and things that did exist.
What a nightmare! Now the are both gone. I am relieved and glad.

We needed a nanny fast after our last one quit with no notice. A friend recommended Eva’s and she sent a car full of qualified candidates quickly. The first candidate was GREAT and we hired her and will be sorry to lose her. FYI Eva’s charges the people she places a small fee and also will charge the employer one week of their salary. My husband didn’t realize that he had to pay a fee and was a little disappointed. I thought the fee reasonable, however.

These people charge you $ 25 just so they help you find a job. They send you to a household for a week and then they tell you not to go anymore. what they dont tell you is that they r going to send someone else. they tell u that the client said u werent good enough. Same thing happened to me. I went and things were great at my new job a week later evas called me and said they didnt want me anymore. little did they know i had my bosses number so i called and asked. My boss said that evas had told her I wasnt able to work there anymore. so yes ppl this place is crap!!!

I’ve never written a review until now… though I often peruse and find them helpful. I found our nanny through Eva’s domestics five years ago. She is the template from which all of my friends, relatives and clients measure. It is a daunting task to find the person who will raise our children in a dual income family and keep our homes and lives organized so we can enjoy our time together as a family when we’re not working. To me, this is the most important job in the world. I found Eva’s Domestics quite easily. I’m a designer, so I’m in a lot of homes. For one year I observe a great deal of dynamics between nanny’s and children. Every home which had an amazing nanny came from Eva’s Domestics. Our nanny is a part of our family. She has a daughter who is an A student and goes to college. I can count on one hand the number of days she’s called in sick. And this is not an isolated case… I’ve referred four other people to Eva’s. They are all as happy as I am and have had their nannies for between four and five years now.

Be careful people! dont go near those crooks! they send you illegal unprofessional housekeepers /​nannies. they promise you with background checks and IDs which they never provide!
they charged us $ 1200 for 6 months guaranteed replacement, they sent us FIVE. each one never came back after working for 5 days, they all wanted fast one week checks then never came back! when we asked for our money back because we didnt wish to do buisness with them anymore, they refused and hung up the phone!
this witch «Nancy» acts all friendly and nice till you actually sign their contract then they care less about you and the poeple they send you!
beware!!! dont waste your time and money !
