Been practicing here with a cover band since I moved to the area — what a gem. Rooms are spacious and ready to go, private bathroom and honor system snack fridge are nice perks! Fran’s great and always gets us set up inside of a few minutes, no parking issues, very private and low-​key. Love this place!

For years, I have loathed buying instruments and accessories from Guitar Center, Sam Ash and other national retailers. I’m sure there are good people there, but I feel slimy knowing that I’m buying instruments from a store that put so many mom and pop music shops out of business.
I recently purchased a Roland TD-​30 electronic drum kit from Elevated Audio. Fran is not only the man, extremely kind and personal, but also cut me a deal at Guitar Center prices. If you’re looking for a place where they truly care about you as a customer and can compete with Guitar Center, this is the spot. To boot, they are authorized retailers for many major brands, including Roland, so warranties are not voided, which is a huge problem with buying instruments on eBay and Craigslist.
I haven’t rehearsed in the rehearsal studios, but I did see them when purchasing my drums. They are top-​notch. The Elevated Audio team is comprised of dedicated professionals that are a joy to deal with and they’re down right kind people. Think twice the next time you consider guitar center. As long as I live in LA, I will buy all of my new drums and hardware at Elevated Audio! Thanks Fran!!!

Great place and Fran rocks! Spacious, good selection of amps, nice kit, recording (if you want it), and seclusion. What more can you ask?
Oh yeah, and shout out to Howie. I (being a Grade A Moron) forgot to load my Gibson SG and left it on the sidewalk in front of the studio on Saturday afternoon in broad daylight. Howie found my guitar and kept it for me until I realized my mistake and contacted them to get it back. They literally saved my life!

This is a great hourly rehearsal spot. I was in room C and it’s a HUGE, lockout style room! The sound in the room is great and the manager comes in to make sure everything is sounding great before leaving you alone to jam.
Heads up though, Cascade Studios is a little hard to find. From the street, all you see are a bunch of warehouses but those are the studios. I had to drive by with my windows down, listening for bands before realizing where to go. Park on the street near the corner and you’ll be set.

if you’re thinking about going to amp or soundstreet to rehearse, you should seriously reconsider and give this place a try. I’ve been going to rehearsal studios in the valley for about 10 solid years now and this is BY FAR the best.
Fran is the owner of this place and is there for ANY issue. Well stocked mini fridges and in-​studio bathrooms for those moments where the del taco fights back.
Fran sets us up before we practice and makes sure the PA sounds good and doesn’t feed back. All in all this place is the best rehearsal studio in the valley, hands down.

I’m spoiled by Elevated Studios and Fran… it’s very affordable, the rehearsal spaces are clean, the sound is fantastic, I can adjust the lighting in accordance with my mood, it has a fridge stocked full of goodies and water you can buy on the honor system. Shoot, they even keep Maxim magazines in the bathrooms for me to flip through and feel like an inadequate excuse for a woman as I pee. Can you really ask for more?
I tried another studio when my band needed a space (Elevated was all booked up for the time we needed) and it sucked the big one in comparison. Do yourself a favor. Call Elevated. Fran will spoil you too.

WOW! I’ve been to many rehearsal studios and none of them have come close to this one. Great gear, spacious good sounding, well lit rooms (the concert lighting is a big plus) super service as well. Before we started we were well attended and he made sure that we had anything we needed. No better option in this town.

Easily the best rehearsal studio I’ve been too. We got booted from our other studio and were able to book a studio with just a day’s notice. A really nice guy named Fran helped us out and set up the room for us.
Super clean, nice vibe and good gear. I won’t be going anywhere else.
