Native to Los Angeles, Catherine Inglese was first exposed to Vedic teachings during college in a class on world religions that included study of the Mahabharata and the Ramayana.
Years later she was introduced to Vedic Meditation and her life path changed. Educated at Universities in Los Angeles and London, she brings an integrated understanding of Vedic knowledge and western lifestyle to the practice.
Catherine first traveled to India in 2009 to study the Upanishads. in 2011 she moved to Rishikesh to complete her training as a teacher of Vedic meditation with renowned Vedic master Thom Knoles, Maharishi Vyasanand.
The practice of Ayurveda, the ancient knowledge of natural medicines and healing, began in earnest in 2012, studying the works of Vasant Lad and courses with John Immel, founder of the Joyful Belly Institute.
