Graduated from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. I took over this family-​owned store in 2010. I have since been successfully operating and providing my customers with the highest quality of fresh fruit and chocolate covered arrangements.

I demand the highest standards from myself and my employees, leading to top quality production and customer satisfaction. Our dedication to servicing our clients is the reason why we continue to grow and are consistently one of the top performing stores in California.

I placed an order yesterday with this particular store. Everything was perfect except for the fact they forgot to deliver some balloons along with the order. By the time I found out the order was delivered incomplete, the store was closed. Today I have called the store a minimum of five times and they do not answer. A formal complaint has been filed, but still no delivery of the rest of the order. Not cool at all. Not going to do business with this particular site again. Hours clearly state they’re open yet no one answers the phone.

Customer service is everything; they deserve more then 5 stars! Answered all my questions, highly patient while I thought out my note for delivery, and let’s just say they went above and beyond with communication. I ordered super last minute because I failed to realize March 30th was doctors day and my children’s doctor is literally the best so once I figured what I wanted for her they got it delivered to her in time before the end of her shift since I did voice out those concerns. Therefore I thank them for helping me get the ordered submitted and delivered in a timely fashion. will definitely make this my go to edible arrangements! Thank you to the sweet woman who took my order and thank you Arthur for delivering it on time!

I can’t comment on their delivery service because we picked up our order. 4 stars is because the delivery is too expensive at $ 13.99. Anyway, we went in to the store to place our order. Initially, the lady at the front didn’t seem too helpful but she warmed up and answered all our questions. Halfway through, a man came out and started helping us and she went in the back. Both were helpful. We placed our order and went back in 45 minutes to pick it up. The order was ready on time and beautifully arranged. The fruit was fresh and delicious. I would order from them again.

Second time had their yummy treats once somebody send it to me now i got one for my mom fresh and sweet nice packing !!!
They give me this box for for my birthday (if you are a email member) i went to pick it up their location is very nice amd the lady was nice also

I’ve order twice from this location. They have had my orders ready in a timely fashion and helped me with the perfect Mother’s Day gift ! They even gave me a couple free balloons which I thought was the nicest thing ever. It made my Mother’s Day gift a million times cuter as if the edible arrangement wasn’t perfect enough. This location is nothing short of spectacular!

Horrible delivery service send some edibles flowers Two grandma she does not drive so she’s home all day. So supposedly they went two delivery them and no 1 was home ««MMMMM». So they call my poor grandma saying that she had 2 go pick them up. WHAT R U GUYS NOT A DELIVERY SERVICE. U GUYS SUCK. Buyer beware.

Ordered a big basket for my moms birthday and within hours it was delivered. She and I were so happy and I can’t believe we were able to keep it in perfect condition for two days ! ” OWNER” poor customer service don’t go to this location either change to Studio City or Northridge outstanding customer service willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you keep your business!!!

I went here to buy a little present for my boyfriend. They said it’ll take a couple minutes, so I was just there waiting and the staff they have there were really nice people. They even offered me a free taste of their fruits and also gave me a free 2015 calendar. I thought that was very kind of him offering those stuff to me. And the fruit that I ordered was incredibly delicious was well.

$ 110 arrangement and you guys can’t get it to the address in a timely manner? You leave a fruit arrangement on my porch on an 85 degree day? Now my birthday arrangement is melting before my recipient even sees it. What an expensive mistake. I’d advise pick up only if you want to go with this service.

Samantha at Edible Arrangement was amazing helpful with assisting me in ordering a Lrg Fruit Edible Arrangement for my Uncles Family Memorial Service. Unable to attend, my Aunt and Cousins were thrilled at just how Beautiful it was and was the center piece on the food table. Samantha’s suggestion of dipping ½ the strawberry’s in chocolate even though it cost a little more was is well worth it and a big hit. This was my 1st experience with purchasing from Edible Arrangements, my sincere Appreciation to Samantha for her suggestions, professionalism, patience and kindness. You made the day very Special!

Ok so we all know those people who are like «I don’t really like flowers, they just die.» WELL DAMN, looks like your boo has something else to get you that will satisfy your love of immortality and your hunger pains.
Edible Arrangements really are the solution for the flower haters and those who wouldn’t really qualify for «thank you» roses because you don’t want to give the impression that you’re trying to get in their pants. Roses say that, btw.
But delicious edible fruits in the shape of flowers? GAME CHANGER. How do they keep the fruit so fresh? Magical elves with fresh fairy dust?
Ok here are tips for ordering Edible Arrangements:
1) Bigger is better
2) ALWAYS ADD CHOCOLATE
and lastly, #3: Always order from this location! (Unless you’re in some hobunk town somewhere, in which case WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING THERE?! Do you know LA exists and basks in sunshine like 365?!)
I digress… Customer service is a priority here and they really go above and beyond to satisfy the customer who is coincidentally working really hard to satisfy someone else by sending them arranged fruit. Win-​win!

My former boss at the MPAA wrote me a stellar letter of recommendation for grad school (almost undeserving) so I haaaad to do something to show him my gratitude. I mean the guy is now the head of The Heritage Foundation and is constantly traveling so for him to take time out of his busy schedule meant so much to me… but what could I get him? A lame basket with a cheap bottle of wine? A box of See’s Candies? Nahhhhhh. This called for Edible Arrangements!
I called them around 10am and told them my price range and that I’d like my fruit bouquet to be delivered same day. They told me it would be delivered by the end of the day, and it certainly was. Around 5pm I received a wonderfully sweet email from my old boss, thanking me for the bouquet. He said he was stunned when he came home to see it waiting for him. He also mentioned that his wife loved it SOO much, she didn’t let him eat from it haha. I knew I had made the right choice.

i am updating my review about my experience with this place because i submitted an online request for someone to get back to me about the missing item in my order and no one has called me back and no credit has been posted back on my card. i will not be ordering from this location again! The only thing that crosses my mind when i think back to my experience ordering from this place is the lack of customer service and the fact that i got ripped off $ 5. Again, it is not about the money, it is the principle.

Ordered $ 100 worth of fruit and balloons, still haven’t received a thing at 11:00pm!
I called earlier today to see if I could come pick up my order and was told it was already «in transit» that was ELEVEN HOURS AGO!
No email, no phone call, no idea what went wrong.
They finally called me at 8:30 the next morning, and claimed that they had tried to deliver, had left a ticket with instructions on how to contact them, blah blah blah. I think they were lying.
The good news, they made a fresh one for me and I was able to pick it up within a half hour.

Had a problem with an order for work here. Some lady named Jennifer took my credit card number, charged it then told me to fax them my card and driver’s license, so I decided to order it online instead since I could not think of any legit reason that this would be necessary. I forgot to ask them to fax me a receipt for the void, but when I tried to call back about it they screened my call.
Way to run a business!!!

Jenny was very helpful, as soon as they received my order at the store, she called to ask if everything was to my expectations.
My friend was so delighted with her fruit arrangement. It was so unexpected & to see her smile made my day.
She is always watching her diet and eating healthy. So fruit is perfect and with this hot weather, say no more. Also, since she is never home and is always out and about because of work, for her to admire flowers, I thought this was an ideal alternative. Turns out, it was a great idea. She shared and the fruit was delicious.
