John yes John came out of his office and start yelling and saying bad word. I wish I could give this shop zero start. The customer service is zero. With out any reason he talk very rude and bad.

I had the highest regards for this shop. I even sent them a bunch of business. The referrals started complaining and so I decided to do my own injectors.
The truth!!! It all started with missing bolts on the outside of the engine. striped bolts everywhere. 5 injector line retaining clips missing. Under the valve cover. 5 returnline bolts stripped. 1 injector bolt harness missing. All injector cups damaged. Looked like someone just used a big punch to hammer them in. Oh and I found a bolt floating around the #6 pushrod. You’ve been warned.

A business partner and I were in town to purchase a used diesel truck from a private party. We found John’s shop online, and brought the truck by for an inspection before we decided to buy it. I am glad we did. We brought the truck in within an hour of calling and John accommodated us by having his techs take a look. John was very knowledgeable and identified items that would need to be repaired to get the truck running safely. We are very glad we took it by John’s shop first; he saved us from buying a truck that would have need expensive repairs. Thanks!
