If I could give no stars I would becasue there was absolutely ZERO customer service. I decided to purchase a helicopter tour because of some amazing people I follow on Instagram. Everyone said to call Esteban, he’s great. A friend even wrote a piece on him in Thrillist. I tried contacting him just after Thanksgiving because I wanted to give a helicopter tour to my best friend for Christmas. When I never heard from anyone, I mistakenly figured since it was the holidays perhaps he was busy. That should have been my first clue to not waste my money. Just after that I saw the Groupon advertised. I purchased it & gave my friend the certificate for Christmas. We left a few messages in January & February to try & schedule. In March, we started leaving messages in earnest, emailing, messaging on Instagram & using the contact sheet off the website. Not one returned call, email or message anywhere. Even if to tell us he was busy & it would have to be later. The certificate expires May 1^st. Even Groupon reached out to no avail. Now I’m stuck with a Groupon credit I don’t need & no Christmas gift for my best friend.

I’m so dissapointed and angry with Esteban and his company. I want to make sure no one else has this terrible experience. He not only cancelled 30 minutes before the tour which was a birthday surprise, but it was after multiple attempts tp reach him. I purchased a groupon as a surprise helicopter tour for my fiancé. First of all initially getting an appointment with Esteban was such an ordeal. After multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages he finally responded and reluctantly made an appointment. After this there were multiple excuses that the helicopter was down for maintenance or he would be out of town. A month ago we rescheduled for today, and knowing how flakey and unprofessional he had been I wanted to confirm before showing up. Over the past week I left four voicemails, sent multiple emails, and text messages and received NO response. My fiancé called him for the 5^th time after I told him the surprise as we were about to leave and he claimed to not have a helicopter available. It’s shocking and absurd that he can run a company being so unresponsive and unprofessional.

By far an awesome experience. Esteban made our flight so much better with awesome skills. Highly recommended

After being completely screwed over by another helicopter company at the last minute, I was lucky enough to contact Esteban. He was extremely helpful in making my flight happen. And what a flight it was! It was the first time my wife and 7 year old son have been in a helicopter and Esteban did not disappoint. From the minute we met on the tarmac to the time we landed, I felt we were in great hands. It was one of the smoothest flights I have ever been on. As soon as we took off, we witnessed a police chase from the air, something that made my sons day! We then headed downtown, over Hollywood, we saw the Hollywood sign and the flew over Griffith Park. Esteban was THE perfect tour guide. I will not hesitate in calling Esteban again and again. As far as I am concerned, there is no need to ever have to call another pilot.

Esteban is amazing. Best pilot out there. Smooth and knowledgable. He was able to help guide my friend and I through LA and give us the best view of the city for photos. This was definitely an adventure and one I will be taking again.

Esteban was great! This is something everyone who is fortunate enough should get to experience. I had the time of my life. We even got to fly with the doors off. I highly recommend you fly with the doors off. I can’t wait to go back and do this again.

Copterpilot is hands down the best pilot for you in Los Angeles! I had an overwhelming experience and got more than I expected. He’s very professional and if you are flying for cinematic reasons, he can pull any stunt for you. I, 100 percent, recommend copterpilot for anybody that wants to fly!
