This restaurant has the worst customer service and bad attitude waitresses. They take a long time to take your order, another long time to actually get your food. Your best bet is to go somewhere else we walked out after an hour wait. I would have expected this if it was really busy but it wasn’t.

There’s so many things to say about this place. My first time and worst experience ever. I didn’t like the attitude of the waitress and the food. Worst service ever. Never going again. This doesn’t even deserves one star.

Average. Exceedingly average. The food was fine. The service was fine. The atmosphere was fine. Better than bad, not as good as great. It’s absolutely okay.

Two stars for good tasting breakfast, but the service wasn’t good. Never got a «is everything okay?, can we get you anything else? «NOTHING. The server took more than ten minutes to get us a coffee and OJ and when we ordered it seemed as she had to run to catch a chicken to lay the eggs, because before our sentences were complete, she was walking away! No refills, just food and check. So I decided to take a banana cream pie home to my mother, the Bananas were BLACK and the pudding tasted like refrigerator! What a waste of $ 11.99.

Dining here is usually fairly consistent. Food, service, cleanliness, everything is fine, not typically spectacular. On a happier note, it’s never really dreadful either. Had the chicken alfredo today. Pasta, chicken, veggies cooked well. Nice of the waiter to bring a full bread bowl, even ‘though I was dining solo. Again, nothing really notable, either good or bad.

Mediocre service; tables were dirty and management doesn’t staff enough waitresses to properly attend to the customers in a timely manner. Also, the food is just ok. But when you’re hungry this will just have to do.

Sadly to say the last time I was there the food was not that great, it was over cooked and glue to my plate ;/when I complained the Mgr. tried to compensate by giving me a free pie but when I got to the register the cashier was so incredibly rude that she killed the experience again, I hope I never have to go back to this location, unless they change their attitude I am not coming back again.

Due to limited choices of sit down American meal the area, we decided to go to Cocos. I guess it’s a hot or miss with the service. Yes, this location a bit outdated /worn but okay overall. They need to update décor and serving wear. It’s mid week at around 545pm and not too much people, so we got seated right away with server Jan. He was welcoming in his own way, though doesn’t smile to much. He didn’t rush us when we couldn’t decide what to order. He was attentive and anticipated what we needed, like extra plates, napkins, condiment A1, bread, etc. I liked it that they had many choices from appetizers, soups/sandwich — good selection with brioche bread, main entrees, senior selection and a healthy side menu. My steak order was suppose to medium but it looked well done, accompanied w soft veggies and baked potato. It tasted ok. The other order was the cod with rice pilaf, which was yummy according to my mom. Kids order of chicken tenders with fries were good… bonus it was free kids meals after 4 pm. Soups were very tasty the cream of broccoli and the tortilla soup. We were too full to get desert. It was also nice that the manager, Nadia? came to check on our table and if everything was fine. Overall food I would say 3.0, with fairly good customer service 3.5 …heck just round it to a 4 stars.

Coco’s was dead at 8 pm. There will only two other tables with people on it. That was a pleasant surprise because I expected the customer service to be amazing. We stood at the front of the counter to get seated and workers looked at us for a. Purple minutes before coming over to seat us. Then we finally got seated. Then we ordered our food and it took more than 30 minutes to get it. Normally I wouldn’t be mad but there was no one in the restaurant. Food: The PRIMERIBBURGER is bomb! It has an angus patty with shavings of prime rib and onion straws layered with bbq sauce on top. Let’s just say it is amazing and was mouth watering. The food was delicious and the sweet potato fries were good. I rate this three stars because the customer service lacked greatly, but the food was really good. I’ve been to this location a couple times and the customer service is always so-so. Get the Prime Rib Burger.

The food is okay, but the service in Coco’s is garbage. I mean its pretty horrible, the wait times are sooooo ridiculous. I went here with my family because we were desperate for food, lol. I don’t care where we go, but at the same time if I went to a new place then I’m going to at least say something about it so that way people can consider their options. So going in the place, feels like a «Lancer» to me– old people, dirty ass glasses for drinks, and total ignorance from the waiters. I ask for a glass of water, the waiter looks at me, smiles, then proceeds to continue his job, not catering to my needs. Wtf? You were supposed to help me, dumbass. Isn’t that why you work here? For me, I’m probably not going to this kind of place again, since it’s being run by people in the 60’s. –Dylan Ignacio

I give them a three because the service wasn’t all that great! But good food. And their boysenberry pie is to die for! And my new favorite is this bacon avocado arugula brioche sandwhich. So good!

Diner food, nothing fancy. I came on my lunch and ppl in uniform usually have a timed lunch… As I did. It took awhile for the waitress to take my order. I requested I get the bill right away and I wanted it to go because if I get a call I need to run. It took forever! She assisted to help other ppl while who I assume is the manager was packaging our food. He was on the phone and left out good on the counter while he continued on the phone. He finally got off the phone the proceeded to finish the orders to go. We haven’t even gotten our bills… I think they realized we were in a hurry and cashed us out. My soup had sat the entire time waiting for the other food to be cooked & my salad had dressing already mixed in… Not on the side. Not saying do not go to Coco’s, just many not this one.

Why do we come back here?!? The service is HORRIBLE and the meats are tough and flavorless. But this review will be all about the service, or lack there of.(The only good service I have ever had here is with the older caucasian lady that works the evening shifts — apparently not Wednesday nights). We are a party of 2, walked in at 8:05 pm. Michaela approached us for drinks and delivered it. She never came back. In fact, she avoided eye contact and pretended not to hear our calls. By 8:28pm no one has taken our order so we had to flag down another server. I think her name is Nuvia, and she took it by 8:30pm. At 8:50 pm we got bread — 4 pieces, 2 small mini butter cups. Our drink glasses were completely empty, but no one came to refill. A man from another table walked out, stating very loudly that the wait for 2 bowls of soup is terrible. Our food came out at 9:16pm! It was a salad and a chicken piccata plate only. Nuvia refilled our drinks but the lemonade was out of syrup. She forgot to bring us the requested refill on bread. We couldn’t flag her down to correct the lemonade until 9:34… all this time, calling Michaela was useless. She hears us but doesn’t acknowledge any request. No smile, no nothing. We even waved to the feminine Filipino guy, who looked straight at us, and again did not acknowledge us or even tell Nuvia. To say the least, this was an extremely frustrating dinner! The worst service I have had in a fairly long time. I will be making sure that everyone I know knows of this!

The manager asked if we wanted a table or booth, then walked us towards a booth. He said«oh let me clean this off» because there were still glasses and on it from the previous guests. Right in front of us he took everything off the table, put it on another table and set our menus on the table he just«cleaned». He said enjoy your breakfast(it was noon) and walked away. I said«excuse me are you going to wipe off this dirty table?» He then got a towel and wiped it down. I wanted to leave but my son was hungry and were on a time limit. I also had to go back up the host after 10 minutes to get lunch menus. All I could think was if this is the guy running this place, how clean is the kitchen if this is what he does in front if the guests? The waitress was good but we will never be back.

Pie Review: Chocolate Cream I don’t think this even deserves to be called chocolate. Not legally anyways. It tastes like it was thickened with flour and flavored with sugar. I can barely taste any hint of chocolate in this pie. It’s a pudding in a pie crust. The sad part is I can literally take a snack pack chocolate pudding and throw it in a store bought pie crust and canned whipped cream and it will still taste better. Luckily I had baked a key lime cheesecake the day before so there was at least one good pie to be had at Thanksgiving.

Reviewing a Coco’s is like reviewing a TV dinner. But I’m going to do it anyway. I ordered the Mediterranean cod, which came topped with mushrooms and tomatoes, and served with spinach, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots and rice pilaf. At $ 10, the quality was about what I expected. The cod tasted like it had been frozen a while ago, not fresh. Most of the veggies and rice too tasted like they were pulled from the freezer and microwaved. Only the mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach tasted fresh. The spinach was the most flavorful, enhanced by salt. I also had a bite of the wife’s food: a Philly mushroom Swiss burger and a slice of Dutch apple cranberry cheese pie. The burger was average and noticeably overdone for something that was supposed to be «medium». The pie was actually decent; I skipped the whipped cream, but the cheese and even crust were pretty good! Our waitress was a sweetheart, but her shift was over in the middle of our meal, just when the restaurant started getting busier. Can you say shortstaffed? It took quite a bit of time just to try to pay our bill. Middle of the road prices, and middle of the road fare. Next time, I’m going with the Lean Cuisine at home.

It’s Coco’s. What can I really say. I had the ultimate BLT that sounds better than what it actually is. Everything was just very mediocre, my family and I went here because it was across the street from Kaiser hospital where we were visiting my uncle. It is in a convenient location, the service is nice, and it has pie. Note: Don’t get the tomato bisque. It’s like heated marinara… the picture I posted attests to it.
