This place is terrible don’t waste your time or money here. I spent almost $ 18 on awful food. I ordered a large turkey combo meal and the special of the day… First my fries where no where near filled it was half full… Then my «large» drink was more than half filled with ice and my turkey burger is extremely dry… Which makes me question how long it’s been sitting out… Money wasted on poor food service… I think their employes here need to be retrained on how they serve the quality of their food.

very disrespectful crew, victor on drive thru took my order, i had those coupons where you can buy one and get one free burger, and i suppose he do not have any idea what are thpse so he ask me to pull up to the window to look at the coupon, still had no idea what it was, called another crew and i over heard him say«ask her what she wants i dont know what she wants». so i asked if he didnt understand anythong what i said on the mic cause he took my order there, and he comea back to the window straight lied to my face and said«only poquito english», and made me really upset and told him i know he can speak english very well when he is taking my order. if he dont speak english he shouldnt be working at the drive thru area where he talks talk to customers be working at an american food chain

No stars should be given. I find it absurd on prices of the burgers yet they are missing TOPPINGS/INGREDIENTS. I ordered a 1⁄3 diablo thick burger last week. When I got home that afternoon i took a bite. I wondered why it tasted funny. BACON was missing. I swear that was literally $ 8 down the drain. On the other hand bacon is $ 2 – 3 .if you want to add it on any burger. LIKESERIOUSLY. I tried calling(#from Unilocal).phone was connected to the fax. I lost my receipt that day and it had the number. :(I am very disappoint. I ain’t coming back.

I honestly want to give a 5 star review. I have been hoping To, time again that I’ll be able to be happy and give a good review but not this time. Here is where the problem lies: Ordering and substitutions should be a fairly simple task when you can swap out meat for chicken, or no bun just lettuce, or grilled vs crispy chicken… «Should be» now I’m forced to question if it’s the corporation training their employees to make substitution that will pay out a higher dollar amount, even if it’s the least efficient way to achieves the desired sandwich. For instance; my goal Bacon western cheeseburger –substitute the burger Patti for a spicy a chick sandwich patty. I will still get bbq sauce, onion rings, cheese, bacon and that western taste but with chicken Option 2 is: 1bacon western cheeseburger /no burger.- 2 spicy chicken sandwich And then I just merge the two. But no– that is not the way the do it at good ol’ Carl’s Jr in the valley. She gave me the most expensive chicken sandwich on the menu, then said add this add that take away this blah blah all for like$ 11 and up. Alto find that I’ve come home to eat a southwest chicken sandwich, no onion rings, no chess no B sauce, just a way to charge me more for my desire to eat it with meat other than beef for dinner. I keep learning better ordering techniques to assist this crazy task but no luck! The day they get it right I’ll repost the best review. I’ll be so happy to eat it the way I want it one time again!

So they are offering two for one on sandwiches — if you have the right coupon as they wouldn’t accept similar coupon that wasn’t «theirs». Franchises! I continue with the purchase and they can’t get the fries right, had to wait for them. So much for fast food.

This carls is only great for drive thru, even though they remodeled the building the manager does not help out customers, or even talk to them when asking for him, I was simply gonna ask him a couple of questions,(also inquiring about working there) but sent the cashier back asking me ‘what do I want?‘ Preety unprofessional when I ask to speak to him while he sent one of the workers to do the talking as he just stared at me.

Well Final Nail in the coffin for Carl’s Jr./Hardy’s — I’ve gone around to almost all the Carl’s Jr.‘s in my area and every single time they forget an item, or put wrong items in the order, or both. I went back to the location that had forgotten an item, after getting home. They refused to give me my ordered item. I was enormously displeased. So I called their DM3 times to speak to him. He only called me back after I said I’d speak to corporate. He then offered to refund my entire order and give me a 20.00 gift card as an apology for the bad service in his whole district. Its been a month and a half, there was no refund, and there was no card. And still I thought well, I guess I’ll give it one more shot. Nothing says yummy like a cold Cod Fish Sandwich. I’m done with Carl’s Jr. and anything affiliated with them.

Order #0316 of just a famous star with cheese and without pickles I work nearby but usually not a heavy fast food eater but when I feel like a burger Carl’s Jr. Is usually one of my first stops. That being said this Carl’s Jr. is just nasty, first time ever I dined in(few months ago) I noticed a dead roach in the dining area, I even pointed the roach out to an employee cleaning tables and he took care of it as he said sorry about it and obviously embarrassed. Today 11.18.13 I decided to give this location another try and this time the food was just nasty Soggy buns(already made burger sitting there) Seems like the sauce they put on this burger is the salsa they have for the breakfast menu.(Nasty to me) Lettuce and tomatoes were hot(obviously microwaved or sat on a heat lamp) I’m 100% sure the pickles were taken out from burger by them before it got to me because I was still able to taste them. Plus the customer service was just not there, I didn’t hear a thank you after ordering nor after receiving my order I will NEVER go back to THIS location plus persuade friends and coworkers from going to this location

Im just speaking for this carls jr but its horrible! I ordered 2 burgers one day and only ended up eating 1 because i instanly felt sick after eating the first. I could tell that the burger meat was just sitting in a warmer for a loong time which honestly most fast foods just keep their meat in the warmer until someone orders it(I know because i used to work fast food in highschool) but i think this carls jr had that meat sitting for waay too long. Luckily i didnt get super sick and was over it the next day but its Very Unsafe and could get someone really sick

This is just another Carl’s Jr. There is nothing special about it except for the fact that they are open 24 hours. The staff at night is pretty nice but you can tell they don’t want to be there at 3am and I don’t blame them. I have only gone through the drive thru and haven’t been inside. They have gotten my order right each time and have never had to go back for any reason. They do everything pretty quick and then I am in and out. There are a few ways to get in but if you are traveling north on Van Nuys Blvd, you either have to make a left at the light on the corner or make a U-turn.

Happy Halloween! I won’t be celebrating since it was literally Halloween at work everyday. Time to grab something to eat to end the month of October and officially say… Happy Holidays 2010. I haven’t been to this Carl’s Jr in awhile. The big reason… the drive-thru exit. Cars start to pile up because of the furniture store parked on the far right lanes and blocks traffic. Good thing, I went around 11am when most people are barely waking up from their pre-Halloween party events. I drove up and ordered 2– Western Cheeseburgers. I had a coupon from a mailer for 2 for $ 4 and used it. I have no idea how much it cost without it. My total is $ 4.39. The wait was about 3 – 4 minutes before you get to the window. The truck 2 vehicles ahead of me had ordered a lot of food for the kids. Ugh… is that what I have to expect when I get older? I paid and off I go. Glad there was no cars blocking my exit route. The Western Cheeseburger didn’t really tasted like I had imagined before. I am not sure why. The burger tasted a little more saltier. Maybe I have been gone to long. Like all fast food, its just a regular joint. The only thing I hate is the exit, but I didn’t have that problem today. A lot of the fast food have been spamming my mailbox with fast food coupons. Sign for me to come back or sign of my health demise? As long as I don’t eat it everyday or 5 times a day, I’ll be careful… especially if my burger tasted salty. The Unilocal Universe. Where are you traveling today?

I come by once in awhile to get my Teriyaki burger($ 3.89). If I’ve gotten the meal, it would of been about $ 6. For couple of bucks more, I could of enjoyed a very nice meal at a restaurant. I need to speak with Carl Senior.
