We specialize in manufacturing high-​end, closed-​corners custom frames. All of Capitol’s frames are made and manufactured right here in our shop.

Working with Art Consultants, Interior Designers, Galleries and individuals, Capitol is well positioned to manage large quantity projects as well as orders of single frames. Capitol’s picture and mirror frames are displayed throughout the hospitality industry, enhancing lobbies, rooms, suites and hallways of numerous prestigious hotels worldwide.

History

Established in 1980.

After starting this business my partner and I hired and trained workers to do hand carving, gold leafing and finishing, and created a team of real professionals who have been working here for 20 and 30 years. The team is experienced and very great at what they do. We are all extremely proud of our quality of work and the service we offer.

Business Owner

I grew up in Israel. Immigrated with my family in 1980. Together with a partner we started Capitol as a frame shop. Our training was really on the job. We were creative and loved the challenge of creating new ideas, and actually making the frames right here in our shop, rather than importing from all over, as it it so common in this business.
