I had such an amazing experience at Liana’s salon! Not only was my hair fabulous but Liana was completely down to earth and such a wonderful person. From the time my mother and I step foot into her salon, her and her staff welcomed us just like family.
Mom and I were getting our hair down for Mom’s 60^th birthday celebration and we both walked out completely satisfied. Everyone at mom’s party gave us compliments left to right. Liana was able to completely capture my vision on the old «Hollywood glam» look. She incorporate my own extension to make my look even more glamorous.
Pricing was reasonable for the glam. I paid $ 120 for a finger wave/​curls updo with extensions. The entire look took approx 2hrs and Liana took care of my entire look.
I’ve got a couple of weddings scheduled for later this year and I’ve already book two appointments with her. Liana is 100% recommended!

Been going to Liana for 10 years for hair and makeup. Always satisfied. She styled me on my wedding as well, very personal service works one on one with her brides. Also love her staff they always have you walking out picture perfect!

My first experience with Liana doing waxing was wonderful. She’s such a lovely lady and very friendly. I recommend her to anyone!

This place was a rip off! $ 85 for unprofessional make up that made me look like a drag queen.

Beautiful salon in a very ghetto part of Van Nuys. I called them on a Sunday morning asking how much they charge for a blow-​dry I was told that it’s $ 35. I asked if they have time available and they said yes so I drove right over. After being greeted the first thing I was asked is are you Armenian? Which made me feel that if I was not Armenian that I would be treated differently. The woman who blowdried my hair was very sweet and did a very good job. Her name is Melanie. She took her time washing my hair and I really appreciated that. Melanie is the only reason why I am giving this salon 2 stars.
Things got a little weird when it came time for me to pay for my blow-​dry. The owner who’s name I think is Liana told Melanie to give me a 5 dollar discount since I am a first-​time client so I assumed instead of paying 35 I would be paying 30. But then I was told that my total is 35 so I asked Liana what they usually charge for a blow-​dry and she told me that it’s 35 but if they wash your hair it’s 40 lol I just laughed it off and gave Melanie $ 50 while Liana continued rambling on about if I become a regular client then it won’t be that much.
I have never in my life heard of any salon charging more when they have to wash your hair. But if that’s the case then the person who is answering the phones should be aware to mention to the client that a blowdry is $ 35 but if you need your hair washed it’s 5 dollars extra. The bottom line is: this is a very unprofessional typically ran Armenian business. People who are Armenian reading this review will understand exactly what I mean.

I have been getting my hair and makeup done at this salon for years. I have never been disappointed. The staff is welcoming, the salon is clean, and the job done is great. The makeup they do always last long (until the second day, if not washed) and I love that because I don’t have to refresh every hour when at a party. I have gotten my hair n makeup done by almost all the hairstylists and makeup artists at the salon and each one is great. If you have somewhere special to be and you want to look

Liana and team always pull all stops to get the job done right. She’s been styling my hair and doing my makeup for many years now. She’s my go to person and never disappoints. I love how despite all her other clients, she ever forgets who you are as an individual and exactly what you like or don’t like. I feel comfortable going to her because she gets it right every time. The new salon is beautiful and the entire staff is very nice and accommodating. Again thank you!!!

I recently discovered the place through one of my friends. I am very happy I did. The place is clean and beautiful. Liana is wonderful, pleasant, and extremely friendly. First time I went, the salon was really busy but Liana honored the appointment she gave to me and took me in to do my eyebrows in a timely manner. Second time, I didn’t make appointment, I just walked in. Liana greeted me with a bright smile and made me feel welcomed. I loved the place and definitely I am going back for a long time coming.

I am regularly here for any events. The staff is great. Anna is someone I will always swear by, Liana is a sweetheart who does great work… I have been coming here since I was 19 which is about 5 years! They have never failed me. Each time I leave, I leave feeling satisfied and beautiful. People just need to know what look they are going for to be satisfied! I’ve seen it happen too many times! Thank you liana and staff for being great each and every time! like I said can’t wait to be a crazy bridezilla in the future

I Absolutely recommend getting your hair and makeup done at beauty touch ! I loved how they did my hair and makeup for prom! Everybody kept on telling me how good i looked ! They did my makeup how i wanted it and my face looked flawless and natural. There so nice and the workers have a positive attitude towards their customers. This place is honestly the best and I totally recommend it.

As others may be avid negative reviewers, I’m an avid positive reviewer. I believe in giving credit where it’s due. Recently my stylist went out of town and I desperately needed to get styled for an engagement party. My stylist highly recommended Liana for an updo. At first I was hesitant because I’ve been with my stylist for many years. I decided to try her out in desperation, after all it was my trusted stylist who gave me the recommendation.
First off, I walked in to one of the most beautiful salons yet. White and gray with so much attention to detail. I was promptly greeted and immediately felt a warm welcoming.
I sat for a quick consult where I was able to explain what I was looking for and she explained how she would give that to me. About 45 minutes later, I didn’t get what I wanted. I GOT SOMETHING 10 times BETER than I was expecting.
I highly recommend Liana! I will definitely be back for all my event needs.

Once a upon a time I use to go here more than 8 years ago… wth was I thinking… all the one star reviews are right on the dot!!! I can’t believe this place is still operating but that’s none of my business.
