I cannot recommend 911 Restoration enough! From the moment we met Jason Anderson at my tenants apartment, he took charge of the situation and made us feel at ease. Her toilet had overflowed and water seeped into her living room, hallway, bedroom and walls. Jason said they would handle everything and they did! The apartment basically needed major repair, including a new kitchen because of water damage. Avi was a terrific construction manager and everything was done perfectly and on time. They were both easy to reach and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our tenant was very happy with them as well. Thanks again Jason and Avi for a job well done!

Great company. Zack, the owner is professional and knowledgeable. He answered the call on Saturday and made an appointment for the first thing on Monday when I expressed an urgency. His price was fair and he and explained the process really well. Eli showed up exactly on time and spent the time to explain what they would do and was courteous and gracious in working with my plumber to coordinate the job. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. In a time when companies lack follow through and integrity, this company did exactly what they said what they would do and their communication was top notch. I would call Eli and Zack every time.

Fast and Friendly! Called in about some water leakage to my bosses house and they dispatched someone to the house immediately. Brett showed up within 40 minutes. When him and his co-​worker (cant remember his name):/ arrived Brett quickly assessed the situation and was very knowledgable, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend. :)

These guys have just started the job for me but I’m ready to give them a 5 star review based solely on the work they did on day one. Jason (field supervisor) showed up 15 minutes before the window (a welcome early arrival in this case). The team took their time, carefully reviewed the damage, showed me the technology they’re using, explained the insurance process and really made me feel comfortable with the work. They had to move my private property (clothing, shoes, etc.) and they did so with care. They had to do some demolition and carpet removal in my home and they did so respectfully and the absolute minimum necessary to do their job correctly. Jason called me immediately upon completing work as I requested and has since answered his cell phone to respond to my questions after hours.
I highly recommend this company and specifically Jason, to anyone who is in the unfortunate situation of needing this type of work done!

I was really happy with the company. Brett came out and took a look. No pressure to go with R911, but was available for questions, ect. We were scheduled within a week (little hiccup, but ended up working out).
Work came out good — no surprises with price, ect. Things were done properly, and care was taken to save what we could. Would go with them again if the need arose.

This amazing company surprised me with their amazing service. I called them with a problem I had with my plumbing and without hesitation I had a person show up at my door within 20min. He said that they don’t treat plumbing problem but they will kindly helped me clean out the area. Brett gave me suggestions as to what I should do and who can help me.
They didn’t charge me nothing even after they worked on cleaning all of the sewage spill for about a half an hour.

I worked with Janet (office) and Brett (at the property) — they were both wonderfully accessible and maintained excellent communication throughout the process .
Brett was able to provide a range of options for removing a small area of mould for the new owners of a property I had just sold — very fast and very efficient. They also had contractors available to repair and paint the drywall after the clean-​up was finished.
Both the owner and I were very pleased with the work that was done and I would most certainly recommend them to anyone needing the services that they provide. Excellent all round.

I recently had solar system put on my home by TREEIUM located in Valley Village, CA. My salesman was Kobi he had the requirement State Registration Salesperson Number which is very important when signing for Home Improvements Contracts which validates that the company has all the proper credential and that they are not only knowledgeable of your home project needs but are not trying to give you less than you are contracting a home improvement job for. I highly recommend TREEIUM and Kobi my salesman who was also a contractor he was very attentive to all the process of the installation of my Solar System and the recommendation from me Is 5 Star. I had to call’em. Dang tempest lol but seriously worst period of heavy rain in the last 3 years (that’s what it said on the news ha). At any rate one of our rooms was flooded. 911 Restoration had the Best quote and made us feel the most comfortable at the time of the inspection…
Not the most amazing business… but with some of the other companies we just didn’t feel they were «as» trust worthy and they wanted to charge more. No no no (though mind your P’s & Q’s…)
Once hired work began soon. Completed relative quick and properly (however it appeared not every worker was a uniformed employee but rather subcontractors… if this is standard practice ok, but one could say, I paid for your crew not some other crew you sometimes have fill in for you… I don’t know ya know, um quality control perhaps for starters…
Anyway, communication was good, not bad but not excellent.
Overall we are happy (Well as happy as can be expected given the circumstance of flood damage to your home) and satisfied… the restoration looks real good!
Call them, let them bid for the job compare quotes then pick the company best for you.

My husband and I called 911 Restoration at about 4:00am today about water pouring in from an inadequate seal around a window. They sent Al out right away. He was very nice, came up with a few possible solutions to the problem, implemented those solutions, and tested them until he found the one that worked, all for half the price that other companies wanted to charge for an emergency visit. We were treated professionally every step of the way.

I got home at 11pm from a good dinner with my friends. Unfortunately, when I got home I saw my house full of water!!! I found these guys online and call them for help!
As soon as I called I was able to talk with a professional technician. I was so stressed and Zack was so patient and understanding! He came with his crew in less than 30 minutes to my house and were all ready to restore my precious home! They were all very patient and understanding and made me feel much more relax! Zack explained all the procedures and his crew started to dry out my home immediately.
I came to their office today because I felt that I needed to thank them again personally. They were really awesome!
