Thank you for responding to my review. I actually visit your establishment three times a year. I own three vehicles. I assume that if I frequented your establishment more than three visits a year, the inspector would have overlooked the wipers? I’m not sure what you were trying to imply when you made a comment about my two specific stops at Kwik Kar. I’m glad that you enlightened me about the state regulations for wipers. It would be interesting to know how many vehicles fail inspections at Kwik Kar. I believe that most vehicles inspected by you would fail due to your high standards. Or maybe customers assume that your staff will do what is best for the customer and don’t realize they are being taken advantage of. Have a good day.

Jesus is very helpful and made sure to inform me of any work done on the car. They were very nice and the waiting room was cool and clean. I’m glad I found this business as it is close to home. Also discovered that you can’t always believe what you read and I’m just happy that I didn’t let one person’s review keep me from this business!
