This place continues to go downhill. Had an appointment for 10:30, signed in at 10:20 and didn’t get called to the counter until 10:47! Everyone who works in the front office moves at a snails pace, it’s like waiting in a government office! The people who draw blood are pretty good. A day before this visit I got a bill for $ 165 from my last visit, didn’t make any sense since I always pay $ 15. I called Quest and they said my insurance company never responded to their billing so I was being charged the full amount! I called insurance and she confirmed it was sent 2 days after my visit. I had to have the insurance company fax, who does that anymore, the EOB to Quest. When I checked in they wanted me to pay the $ 165 balance, I explained the situation and the gal said she would only override it this time! Seriously this is not an issue on my end but Quests end. Give me a break.

This has to be one of the worse places to get anything done such as blood work or anything else required by your doctor. Such for an example I had blood work done and the girls acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I handed them my script from my doctor requesting this a type of blood draw he wanted me to have done. It took three different employees to finally understand/comprehend what kind of blood draw I was there to have done. The staff there is rude and drama from some of the nurses when something doesn’t go there way. A little bit over board on worrying about being the only one there and asking twenty questions about who did this and who didn’t do it. This place is over rated!!!

Absolutely zero customer service. My biggest fear in life is needles. And the staff here did nothing about that to accommodate my fear. Nothing major just a little customer service that’s all that would be fine. A smile from the technician or just some small talk. I asked to have blood taken a certain way and was told that my request was not the protocol. After arguing with the technician I did not feel comfortable having draw my blood. She had an attitude and was extremely rude. I’m sorry if I don’t want someone stabbing me who is copping an attitude with me. CUSTOMERSERVICE is what this horrible place needs to learn.

I feel bad for the previous reviewer’s experience but mine was awesome. I had NO appointment. I walked in and signed in at 11:11am, I was done and out the door at 11:29. I had never been there before but had my paperwork from my primary. The lady behind the desk and the lady who drew my 5 and a half vial of blood were all so sweet. Great experience.
