Advertised as urgent care. Realize that they are not, and bill as an office visit. Well after the fact of me thinking I was going to an urgent care, as they advertise, find out this doc is not in my network. Called up to ask about it. Was told it was not their fault, they deal with urgent care situations but they are not an urgent care. Then why is it on your billboard outside the office as «Urgent Care»???
If it says «urgent care» then you assume it is an urgent care facility (that is covered by insurance).
Also, the office and rooms are absolutely filthy. Bugs crawling on the floor. Dust everywhere. Plus privacy violated. Not given a gown to put on top, the door is opened as I sit there naked from waist up, only to glance back and see another patient in another room with the door open. This other patient (a man) saw me sitting there on table naked from waist up.
Irate about this place.
