Literally the worst cab company in history of the world. We ordered a cab to go in to Chicago at 3 pm, it’s 352 pm and they still are not here. Every time I call he says he will be there in a few minutes then no one comes. The dispatcher won’t even tell us where the cab is, he says he can’t do that. He also will not give me the cab driver’s number. 15 mins ago he finally said the cab driver is having trouble finding it but will now be there in a few minutes. These guys are unreal.

A horrible experience. The cab was 30 minutes late for a reservation made a week ago. Not the driver’s fault – was never dispatched. The dispatcher was rude and argumentative on the phone, implying that because other people had canceled that day, he assumed I would too. ?! Who runs a company like that? I was offered no apology, no explanation, and no discount, and made to feel guilty that I even called to ask. Others going to the same conference had similar feedback as to the dispatcher’s incompetence and rudeness. Never again.
