History

Established in 2012.

Emergent Recording & Production House begin it’s journey in 1999. Owner, Ben Savage, had a vision to be a crossover artist branching Christian music with secular mainstream. He felt that christian music in general was behind the times and needing something else. With the release of Switchfoot’s album: Beautiful Let Down in 2003, his dreams of being that providential artist was torn down by someone who had already «made it». The beginning of the mission of this production house: Arise. Dream. Emerge.

The release of that album showed him that one person cannot change an industry that is ever switching and moving by their own passion alone; mainly because it is motivated by money and fame solely. The artist has to develop a «product» that is marketable of them first, then find the niche it can fit into mainstream. This revelation put a passion that now has become the Emergent drive for others dreams in this industry.
