This was a few months back, but I thought I’d give mention. A smile he gave me, although customer still in his stead. A greeting was mentioned with a nod of his head. As he finished with gusto, a happy smile on their face. He turned tentatively to me, and did not hesitate. «What for you today?» He said, with broad smile on his face. I felt like it was Christmas, as I ordered according to my tastes. I asked for the cheese and the toasting with glee. For after all, I found someone interested in helping me. He dashed on the pickles the onions its true, He gave me a helping of lettuce and spinach woohoo! The sauce he did smother and sandwich wrap tight. At the end of it all he wished me a pleasant, goodnight. As I arrived at my place, and unwrapped my sandwich with a smile. I said to my self, good food and service, now that has been a while.

Made my sandwich with Italian bread so stale it crumbled in my hands when I picked it up. Didn’t discover this until I had driven home, of course, so now I’m stuck with a bad sandwich. Also they were out of the Lay’s Baked Sour Cream & Onion Potato Crisps. Their fountain soft drink selection also does not include Minute Maid Light Lemonade like nearly every other Subway I’ve seen. I’ve been to this place a handful of times but luckily there are several other nearby locations that seem to care more about the job they’re doing.

Slowest. Subway. On. Earth. I just went there and they messed up my order 3 times. I don’t even know how that’s possible when I’m standing there pointing and directing them. I said I didn’t want it toasted and they took it straight to the toaster. I said I wanted mayo, so she tried to squirt it on but nothing came out. Instead of finding another bottle, she just moved the sandwich along, completely skipping the condiments part. When I ask for mayo a second time, they gave me a dirty look, got the empty bottle out and tried again. CLEARLYTHEREWASNOMAYOINTHEBOTTLEANDTHEYNEEDEDTOPUTMOREIN! They got one squirt out but it landed next to the sandwich and not on it… They thought this was good enough. I then asked if any made it onto the sandwich, I got another glare. Another worker had to come over with a different bottle to finally complete the mayo madness. I was laughing the whole time, but this took about 10 minutes.

horrible. I was prob one of the 1st customers they had for that day at 9am and I ordered a cold cut combo from Cristy and she was plain out rude. the lettuce and veggies they put in my sandwich had to be yesterdays leftovers cuz the lettuce was brown and the container it was in was almost empty. I paid and didn’t even get my coins for 24cents handed to me I had to ask for it… really disappointing… never go here again

Nice subway for sure, food is good bread is almost always fresh. I would give it 5 stars but they stopped taking my 20 percent off card once new owners took over.

Subway is subway but what makes this place good is the great service! All the girls were nice but Janet was so courteous and up-beat that she made my day :)

I had the worst subway experience ever when I went here an I love subway. The employees here except for a few were rude, and, didn’t greet me when I was ready to order. In that case let me get behind the counter and make my own freaking sammich!

I came in to a lady just staring at me. Not asking me anything just staring. When I finally get through the line of choosing what I want to eat and communicating what I do and don’t want to the rude lady on the other side of the counter, I sit down while I am eating a lady starts sweeping the floor and door Matt pushing dirt up in my face and pushing trash across the floor hitting my legs. Just felt disgusting. Everyone in there was quiet and rude.

At most Subway locations, the staff are super friendly(except the location on Santa Monica blvd in West LA by the 405 freeway) but this location is by far the BEST. They have such great demeanor, makes you want to go back. Thumbs up!

Not too bad for what it is. A sandwich. My gf and I both ordered a 6-inch chicken teriyaki sandwich loaded with veggies, the girl didn’t skimp and was nice. I would’ve given the place 4 stars, but the parking sucks the balls of a donkey.

Let me start by saying that I have eaten many Subway sandwiches in my life. This location was one of the worst. What really got me was the place was dirty. I know that all Subways pretty much taste the same but not all are this gross. I felt like I should have gotten a Hepatitis shot after eating.

Its like a bunch of teenagers running it, not once have I been in and seen a manager or anything. Its a regular subway, hit or miss, the fast food of sandwiches so you get what you pay for. I watch carefully when they are putting spinach in my sandwich though, sometimes the leaves will be black and wilted and you can’t expect them to care.

The staff here is super nice and efficient. Even when it’s busy in here, you don’t have to wait long, they truly know what they are doing. The food is fresh & the location is great!

Recently went in to order a meatball sandwich and it was a horrible experience. I asked one of the workers, who by the didn’t was her hands after handling cash, to add more sauce to my sandwich and she rolled her eyes at me and made a facial expression as if she got really annoyed. I didn’t say nothing because there was a line and I didn’t want to make a scene. She then told the next employee that I wanted veggies on my sandwich and that employees sarcastically said in Spanish«oh of course he wants vegetables». I guess she didn’t think I look beaner enough. They made the sandwich so sloppy, it was just crap wrapped in paper. I will never go there again.

I haven’t had a bad experience here. The food is the same as every other Subway. Parking sucks but you can’t fault the place for that. I read the bad reviews and thought«It’s Subway, not Fine Dining»… It’s everything I expect it to be so far.

Let me start out by saying I am a Subway connoisseur… Ive been to MANY a subway in my life as I am a HUGE fan. As the years go on, Im not sure if my tastebuds are changing or Subway chains are just getting worse, but I just had a terrible experience at this subway and Im sad about it. I actually come to this location often because I live so close by, but I usually come at odd times when they arent too busy, and Ive never had a huge problem… well I came today at 1:30pm and this place is just incompetent when it’s busy. The employees are so stressed out they aren’t fully listening to your order. First of all I asked for my bread NOT toasted… he puts my cheese on, and there it goes into the toaster. I told them NONOTINTHETOASTER, but since it had gone in with another sandwich they didn’t take mine out. Finally it’s veggie time. Well the lady that was putting my veggies on was way on the otherside of the part of the line so I had to yell all my veggies to her which was a little embarrassing, but most of all ANNOYING. And theyre just rushing you through like a heard of cows. Now I appreciate fast service, but not like this, not to the point they arent listening. I asked for vineger… she drowned my sandwich in so much vinager the PAPERGOTSOGGY. WHATTHEHELLISWITHTHISPLACE?! This Subway is awful. Lastly why 2 stars? Cause I love subway(usually) and feel bad if i gave my pal only one… but this place just pisses me off. ugh! PS: I added a photo of my «sandwich» for you… MANAGEMENTSHOULDBEEMBARRASSED!

I recently had an experience that made me think twice before going again. I was contacted by management who said they will follow up with guest recovery… never happened. The one star is for the bad management. I now go to qiznos, great subs and service there.

Can anyone explain the phenomenon that is Subway’s tuna sandwich? It is easily the best tasting tuna in not just fast food, but ALL food, and I can’t figure out for the life of me how they make it so tasty. If you haven’t ever tried Subway’s tuna sub, go out and get one now, because you don’t know what you’re missing. My suggestion is to get it on their Jalapeño Cheese bread, it really adds to the flavor. Get a footlong and eat half now, and fridge the other half for later, its plenty of meal for 2 sittings!

Not that I’m exactly a Subway aficionado(or any kind of food-related aficionado really), but this is the only location I’ve been to where the sandwiches taste consistently bad. I don’t know how they do it, but the 3 times I’ve been here in the past, say, 4 or 5 years, I’ve been grossly disappointed about the quality of my oh-so-difficult-to-make standby… the 6″ Turkey on wheat. Also, for some reason they insist on attempting to restock the nearly full rack of chips when there’s a maximum amount of customers in line, who just so happen to be standing directly in front of these same chips. Surely there’s a better time to keep asking me to move to the left, then to the right, then do the hokey pokey… than when I’m trying to talk to the ‘Sandwich Artist’. Hello? Customer TRYING to order here. Mind keeping your hands off my… something something… ? Ugh. The 3rd time is most definitely NOT the charm.

I didn’t get a chance to eat there but basically the high school staff there were too slow to take my order and watching the kid drop bread on the floor and check to see if people were looking and attempted to use it pretty much had me heading for the door. I’m a fan of Subway normally but this one’s alittle to dark and dirty for my taste. I’ll make a salad at Gelson’s across the street over this one.
