Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Anthem is terrible… I am a capitalist but companies like this make me think single payer system would be better… certainly couldn’t be worse.
So not only does Anthem lose all my data to hackers in a data breach but they apparently don’t even know how insurance works.
My wife was attacked by a dog and had to be rushed to the hospital. The hospital was in network.
This is EMERGENCY care mind you. The plastic surgeon on call sewed my wife’s face back together. The doctor is apparently out of network which is irrelevant because the hospital is in network and this was emergency care and he was the only plastic surgeon in the freaking hospital.
They continue to dick us around with this but refuse to review the claim and we are on the hook for 9k for this dopey doctor.

Apparently the cross is to crucify the consumer, and the shield has a hole in it. I have been paying into this insurance for I dunno, ten years or something. Never made a claim once. Tidy profit for you Anthem. What have they done for me so far? Get hacked and compromise my entire identity. Yup, there could be a fake Murray R out there running up credit cards buying Frozen blu rays for his eighteen kids. Shit, I can’t even afford those for my eighteen kids cuz I’m sending all my fucking money to Anthem! Anyone who works there should be embarrassed and consider killing themselves. Useless.
