Here at Maria’s sandwiches and sweets we use only the finest and freshest ingredients in our products. We are proud of our very unique sandwich, cookies, cheese cake, pastries, birthday, cakes, freshly baked bread, sandwich platters, catered Food, lunches, party platters.

History

Established in 2012.

2012: Maria’s Sandwiches and Sweets opens. The business was named for Charles’ daughter, Maria. We are a delicatessen & caterer offering many mouthwatering choices.

2013:We began delivering to Valley Stream & the surrounding area. We became the caterer to The New Horizon Counseling Center.

2014:We added Eat​Street​.com & EZCater​.com to our list of internet partners. We begin catering to The American Princess; sailing from Riis Landing in Queens.

2015:We became the caterer to the Valley Stream Central High School District. We earned our Vendor ID# for NYC Public Schools. We signed a license agreement with 1800Flow​ers​.com to produce & deliver Fruit Bouquets in Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau and parts of Suffolk. We began a partnership with The Salvation Army to collect clothing in Valley Stream.

2016:We began selling tickets for The American Princess tour boat. This provides another dimension to the customer relationship we believe defines our overall customer experience.

Born July 21^st, 1979 in Middle Village, NY to Charles and Lucille

Has a younger sister, Elizabeth .

Lives in Auburndale, NY, married to Dina in 2003.

Has one child, a daughter, Maria (his maternal Grandmother’s namesake), born July 22 nd, 2009.

Earned the rank of Eagle Scout, November 1997.

Graduated Archbishop Molloy High School, Briarwood, NY in 1997.

Graduated Queensborough Community College in 2000.

Graduated Baruch College in 2002.

Worked for Starbucks Coffee Company from 1998 – 2007, finishing as a Store Manager in Times Square.

Worked for Johnson and Johnson from 2007 – 2010, finishing as a Professional Sales Representative.

Worked for Static Lounge and Panardo Pasticerria and Salumeria, 2010 – 2011.

Opened Maria’s Sandwiches and Sweets, Inc. in March 2012.
