While I found the staff polite, they were basically useless, from the greeter sales girl, to the manager, to the checkout cashier. What happened to customer service? All anyone could say is that my son’s uniforms were on back order and «hopefully» the store would receive more supplies within the next 3 weeks. I was then encouraged to place an order online with the checkout girl, AND pay a shipping fee to have the uniforms– when they come– delivered to my home. I could have ordered the items from my computer at home and saved myself the 45 minute drive and 2 $ 8 tolls. This store is not worth it.

The staff here is more competent than the morons at the Brooklyn location. They cater to you and really assist you with items that you need. I like the fact the store is easy to maneuver through unlike the Brooklyn location, where nothing is IDEAL.

Came to this location for olca uniforms! The prices are way to high, OK me thinking I was going to receive the uniforms with the patch on it was wrong ! You basically purchase the uniform items … for ex the uniform cardigan an they give you a patch to iron on ! Wtf I could of save my gas + time an stop at cookies were the uniforms are cheaper. The downfall + catch in coming here is the school patches aren’t sold separately you have to purchase a uniform item. only the long sleeve t-​shirts come with the patch! Although I was disappointed the staff was super helpful !
