Best service anywhere. Fast, thorough, clearly explaining the service. I was given coupon prices without having to bring in the coupons. Your not pushed to do unnecessary work. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

My first experience with Honda of Valley Stream and I must say that I was extremely please with the service. My sales person was Roney Azam, I could not have asked for a better sales person… He went above and beyond to make me happy along with his supervisor MO… Great Job!!!

I arrived at a rating of 3 because I averaged it out. I wish I could give Jose a 5 and two other people a one. I bought a car last week. When I first got there I was interested in two cars on the lot. I wanted to discuss prices and throughout it all Jose was excellent. Answering questions, never being pushy and clearly understanding I was an educated shopper. We went back to the office so that I could make an offer. His «manager» came in and when I mentioned the price I saw for this particular car online he proceeded to say I was wrong. I asked him to check and he came back to tell me I was right but it was a mistake. That car was not worth that. He was so rude because I caught him in a lie I walked out. I went to another Honda dealer which was worse so I decided to go back to this Honda to see if I could make a deal. I called Jose and he was very apologetic about his manager’s behavior. I went back and bought the car I wanted at a price I felt comfortable. When we had to do the insurance I met with Carol. She was a pleasure to deal with as she explained the different waranty options we had available. We told her we would think about it and decided the following day when we were picking out the car. The following day when we decided against any of the warranties she turned into Jeckyl and Hyde. Was rude, left us in the office alone, was rude to the salesperson in front of us and basically left us in her office and never came back. The salesperson came back to get us. This behavior should be unacceptable. I am still on the fence if I would refer anyone to this dealership. Again I would give my business to Jose but not if he is with this dealership. Carol and the manager do not know how to deal with educated consumers who can clearly decide on what works for them and with their budget. Lastly, they added $ 40 to my bill for Gas. Since I know I could fill up the gas tank with less than this, I told them I expected the car with a full tank. Needless to say, the car has less than ¼ tank and they had no choice but to give me a voucher for gas. By the way, Jose refused to give me the name of the manager who was rude and asked me to please just let it go (that’s how much of a gentleman he is) I believe he is of Indian descent with bad teeth. I don’t have his name but I can definitely describe him. Happy with my car but not with the service.

This dealership is full of liars and schemers! You walk in there and they tell you one number and the day you go to pick up the car the payments have mow skyrocketed to $ 50 more a month!
My boyfriend and I went there last Sunday to look at potential cars there. When we get there there is a sign stating «No test drives on Sundays». However, we decide to walk in anyway. From there we are greeted by a salesman. My boyfriend told him he was hoping he would have been able to test drive, and the salesman goes on to say «Don’t worry that sign is just for the Jewish people» We are immediately thrown off by this comment but proceed to look around. When we finally find one we like we proceed to talk numbers to only be met with more racist jokes. Finally we decided to test drive the car and the salesman says «Oh sorry, no test drives on Sundays». Needless to say we were deeply annoyed, we had just spent an hour speaking about payments to now find out that they don’t have the car on the lot. When we asked why he would tell us in the beginning we could test drive a car when he knew they didn’t have all the cars in stock he lied and said he never said that. We should have never came back after that day, but the numbers were good and it was a great deal. See this is how they get you.
Second visit:
We get there to find out that the salesman we last spoke to has since been suspended due to all his inappropriate remarks… no surprise there. But we’re finally able to test drive the car and loved it. My boyfriend fills out some paper work and they confirm again what his monthly payments will be and continue to say it will probably be less once they run his credit. –(Now this is where we have learned our lesson. As interested as we were we should of had them run his credit there to get the exact payment.)
Today:
So today, my boyfriend goes to his current dealership drops off his car and pays the balance. He takes a cab all the way across town and excitedly enters Honda. This excitement quickly dies down when they oh so casually mention that his monthly payments will be $ 50 higher than what they originally said. They never once mentioned the different prices of the different tiers of credit no matter how high your credit score is.
He has now given up his car and has been suckered into their deal.
Long story short, don’t waste your time with these people. They apparently love the stigma of car salesman.

Mixed feelings about this dealership but compared to another Honda dealership in Hempstead I recommend the Valley Stream dealership without hesitation. Showroom has a limited parking lot and although it is a large building with ample space seemed to lack cars to view with ideal colors and trims. Salesman was straightforward with no pressure or gimmicky presence and finance manager Andres was friendly, professional, and tried to provide the best rate available for financing for an incentive I was trying to get, however, was able to get a much lower finance rate outside of dealership. Pros– no shady fees were even presented during the transaction, no high pressure sales tactics were used, car was bought at a fair price (keep in mind showed up educated on the purchase and although a lower price than was given from another dealship I felt more comfortable giving this dealership my business even if it cost more money than the other just on trust alone). Cons– left a deposit on Thursday for an appointed pick up Saturday morning at 10 am with check in hand but did not leave with car till 1pm not only was car not ready but after driving car for several hours on the road salesman accidently gave the wrong car (different vin #) accidents happen but rather than apologizing etc… he insisted upon returning to dealership right away to straighten the matter and give back the all weather matts and wheel locks that we were not suppose to be provided rather than just giving them due to the inconvenience. In the end the matter was straightened out cause I told them the wheel locks and floor matts are ours to keep now and it was an easy fix on getting the right vin# to the car and letting the other buyers take the other car. The reason for 3 stars and not 4 is because when I returned to dealership to straighten everything out knowing we were well over an hour away having to leave a family birthday party and taking 3 hours long in the morning no apology was ever given or sense of remorse at all by the salesman or manager especially considering a car was bought not leased that day without any problems from the buyers side or hesitation. Left the salesman nameless because accidents happen and I’m sure I was getting the aftermath of him getting heat from his employer for the incident but I would go back to the dealership and salesman cause in the end they did the right thing and we got a fair deal.

Great service they really helped me out and got me the truck I wanted without any issues very friendly sales manger Chris Parlow was awesome and the finance person Andres really helped me highly recommend!

Essentially, after agreeing on a price from the dealership to purchase my off-​lease vehicle, after full inspection and after making preparations accordingly, the dealership re-​traded the offer and reneged on the purchase actually stating «we realized that there isn’t enough profit for us». This, after a new vehicle was already purchased as a replacement, thus stranding us with both vehicles.
Bad business ethics, re-​trading after formally confirming purchase. Greedy. Dishonest. Inconsiderate.
Will never have my business again and will be reported to Better Business Bureau, Dept. of Consumer Affairs.
