Yes yes y’all wanna here about food and food businesses etc etc but this here review is all about GREAT SERVICE!
From day ONE I have received fantabulastic service from most Chase branches and this branch my home branch in particular!!!
They never fail to answer any questions and concerns as silly as my concerns may sometimes be, (I said it) with swift professionalism! I’ve never had to wait to be attended to and the same goes for phone banking.
Now they’ve introduced swift ATM deposits «it’s just like dealing with a teller» I won’t see the staff as much but something tells me I’ll continue dropping in for my smiles, that lil extra service and yes my lollipop.
Today I want to send a special S/​O and blessings to their customers as well. Unilocal pals you know the troubles I’ve seen this past week with my lost purse. Well a female customer found it and turned it in after seeing my chase card. Not a dollar of my thousands touched! Down to the last penny, cards, coins etc all there!
Okay the cash was only $ 47 and coins but you know how it feels like thousands when you lose purse, $$$ and IDs right?!
This day turned out to be a real feel good day! Thanks Chase… and thanks to your lovely, honest customers!
