I was finally picked up almost an hour after arranged pick up time. Don’t think the driver was happy I was his only passenger from LGA-EWR and I suspect the wait was to see if he could get any additional passengers. The driver wasn’t friendly and yelled on his phone the whole ride (not safe)! If given the choice, take the ets shuttle. They are much more reliable and customer friendly. Will take my own advice for any future shuttles!!!

Even after making a reservation and arriving on time they deny to take me saying its full. The person on the phone was rude and just asked to speak with the ground transportation member. Never go!

Basic safety rules when driving include not driving on the shoulder. Running red lights. Laying on the horn for no reason and indiscriminately changing lanes while cars are next to you. All of which our driver broke.
$ 25 ewr-JFK all while risking your life.
This guys license should be revoked.
And I’m sorry you don’t want to take my credit card. Don’t make that my problem. I’d happily not pay for this crappy service.

Seriously– I don’t know if it is the transportation desk or this service… but I waited over an hour (after being told it would be 20 mins).
The driver, when he arrived, was curt and just said: there was traffic (well then tell them the truth about when you will arrive!)
He also took someone on the side for cash (less money)
He did drop me off at a good spot (not the scheduled airport stop) but then grunted in disdain at my tip.
over all — ugh!
