History

Established in 2013.

Precision Restoration Services began by working for real estate agents on Real Estate Owned (REO) foreclosure work. We did all manner of projects including property trash outs, yard maintenance, snow clearing, re-​keys, & cash for keys.

Once the REO work died down, we transitioned into construction work. PRS has expanded to include dry ice blasting, which is a great lead-​based paint removal system. We are a licensed contractor and are glad to help our clients with just about anything. Our current projects include two home remodels in the South Lake Tahoe area.
