We Toss’em, They’re Awesome! As you can tell by the name, we specialize in pizza. Don’t be mistaken, we also have sub sandwiches, calzones, pastas, salads and appetizers. History

Established in 1985.

The first Pizza Factory opened its doors in 1985 in Oakhurst, California (near the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park). Because of Pizza Factory’s reputation for quality pizzas, simplicity of concept and median cost of operation, several more Pizza Factories were added, and the business was franchised in 1985. Today there are over 100 restaurants in five western states.

Even when this place is packed the service is always fantastic. Friendly, attentive and helpful employees at all times. They really seem to care about their customers here. The pizza on the other hand is just okay. The cheap red sauce they use tends to make my boyfriend very sick so we have to request the white sauce instead on our pizzas when we order from here. (This is not an issue he has with the San Andreas location.) They have a fantastic one topping pizza deal every Tuesday and are absolutely always packed on that day. Overall I very much appreciate their customer service and their pizza is decent. They have a game room with an air hockey table and a pool table available as well which is quite entertaining when you have a long wait for your food.

We recently got pizza from here on a Tuesday night I figured our pizza would take forever to get here because I heard on this day the delivery time is crazy. that was not the case at all the service was fast and the pizza was delicious!

Would like to give a big thank you!
While our family members house was being burnt to the ground, they had no place to go but to our home. We were not prepared for dinner through all the tragedy. We ordered 2 Large pizza’s, explained the situation and as our daughter went to pick them up and pay, without hesitation they told her there was no charge for the pizza’s!
Now that’s our community helping one another!

There are only a few places I can tolerate eating pizza from and pizza factory is one of them. The food is great. I used to go there a lot when I was a teenager and play in the arcade.

We recently discovered that Pizza Factory actually *delivers* so when we got the craving for Italian food, we decided to order from them. We tried the spaghetti in meat sauce, spaghetti with meatballs, and cheese ravioli in meat sauce. All three were delicious and arrived piping hot. We can’t wait to try the pizza.

sucks big time !! to all the sheep that said this is good you suck also. If your in Valley springs the best pizza in town is the take and bake .They use real food not all the processed like Pizza factory.

After my previous review which was directed towards customer service. I’d like to thank the owner for getting back to me regarding that situation… Now I can give a legit review regarding the food. The combination pizza was a hit, very tasty. Great salad bar, wish the bowls were a little bigger. Also, you beat cold beer on tap! Kids enjoyed themselves too. Will be back.
Combo pizza was real good but whoever the brunette girl was who took our order on Oct 3 acted like she didn’t want to be there and rude. There were two other employees there that were nice but wow, wasn’t the way you’d think the Owner of Factory Pizza would want an employee to treat customers. Family and I all stood and ate and spend 150 $ dollars. We are new to town so next time if we decide to go there again, hopefully we will miss her shift.

Stopped by for a late dinner heading to Acorn campground. Got Hogan Pizza and my husband — lasagna. One of the finest pizza I’ve ever had. Amazing crew! The lady who served us asked me if I wanted ranch! PERFECTO!!! none of them showed any signs that they’re about to close. Very attentive and everybody had a smiling face. There were at least 7 of them. Probably because it’s Friday and the owner’s making sure that they’re fully staffed. What caught my attention the most is their homey washroom! Felt like I visited a mansion. Very clean and neat! Great experience here! High five you guys!!!

Pizza is not good here, unfortunately for us there are a lack of options for pizza in this town. Wayyy over priced for the quality. Don’t even try to ask for ranch or you will get attitude from the staff. The only thing I do enjoy is their breadsticks

So I just moved here to Valley Springs and I had tried a different place in town and it wasn’t much good. I had high hopes because I had that mom & pop feel to it. Although there pizza wasn’t anything to rave about, but I will say they did have great bread sticks. The staff is friendly as well. The pizza factory wasn’t horrible it just wasn’t good.

Don’t trust their Tuesday night special for 7.99. They don’t take any time making your pizza and leave half the toppings off. Make sure you inspect your pizza before you walk out the door if you are picking it up.

Not a fan of this place, pizza is skimpy on toppings and just not great. My husband and I and some friends went in to pick up a pretty expensive order almost $ 50 and when we asked for ranch the girl at the counter was extremely rude… Told us it cost extra for each ranch cup! Ummm we just spent a lot of money for pizza and u want to charge for ranch?! Not cool. She ended up giving us some but not without a hassle. We don’t go here anymore… Usually got to round table in town or pizza plus in linden… Good pizza, friendly workers, and as much ranch as you would like with no problems.
