Unified Party Bus

Clean, unique buses, but horrible customer service. We used them for several trips this week and they left members of our party stranded several times.
The final straw was when we gave them a headcount and arranged for an airport pick up at noon. I arrived at 12:02 with no van in sight. I understand that you need to be on time, but when you know that you are supposed to pick up 7 people and they are going to the airport, it is just common sense to give ~5 minutes of grace, since I ran out of my 11 AM meeting that ended at Noon to make the bus.
I had to take a cab to the airport, which can be difficult to find in Wichita.

I have ALWAYS been happy with Ivan and his company and send business that way and know they will be taken care of. They now have several sizes so doing a smaller group is just as fun.
We had a tour this past Friday and it went perfect, thanks IVAN and will use you again!

Update: The phone was retrieved with thanks to the police department. We have records from AT&T that showed usage while in Ivans custody.
Reply from owner here on Unilocal only proves the point I was making of what kind of business you will be dealing with. Instead of trying to work with a customer or be positive he calls me a crook and paints a picture of us being problem customers. Also he mentions possibly suing the group. Nice customer service, lets sue the customers. I still say use at your own risk, best to just avoid them all together.
One thing I would like to point out, as of this writing, I am the only review for this company. That should say something about customer satisfaction. No one enjoyed it enough to write something good in 8 years? If you see positive reviews after this I would almost assume it’s Ivan’s friends posting on his behalf.
