Established in 1967.

Founded in 1967 by Jack & Caroline Bose, A-​1 Irrigation Do It Best Hardware has come a long way. What started with a few supplies for the local famers has now grown into your neighborhood home improvement store that you rely on for both quality products and the best customer service you can get.

The community has grown over the years, and A-​1 Irrigation is constantly adding hardware and farm supplies to meet the needs of the community. A-​1 Irrigation is the largest store serving the Valley Center & Pauma Valley area.

A1 staff is absolutely amazing. They are very knowledgeable and offer better quality parts and materials then home cheapo and Lowe’s. Saves me time and gas avoiding the trip down into Escondido. Every employee is happy to help and Stuart is the man, he is always happy to answer any questions. Serge in the warehouse makes sure all your 2×4’s are nice and straight and gets you the parts you need. Thanks for all your help and support A1. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality materials and one on one professional assisitance on any project.

A1 is awesome! For a local hardware store, they have an excellent selection of stocked items for electrical, painting, lumber, concrete and much, much more. A1’s inventory of irrigation products is unmatched.
They may not always be the cheapest, but the convenience alone is well worth bringing more of your hard earned dollars to A1 Irrigation.
