I wish I could give this pharmacy a quarter of a star. It takes forever to be helped at the counter and then you stand there for forever when they’re «helping» you. They finally take my prescription and then tell me it will take over 2 hours to fill. I’ve been to WAY busier pharmacies in actual cities and this is by far the worst. Won’t be coming here again, but for tonight, I’m stuck.

If i could give a negative star… I would. This pharmacy is ridiculous. I can’t wait to change my pharmacy. This pharmacy is always and I mean ALWAYS busy. They get LOTS of patients and they always have ONLY one cashier. The line is always backed up. The phone lines are always busy. I can never call and get a live person without waiting 5 – 10 to even 20+ mins. This pharmacy needs to open more registers . Besides the pharmacy, the lines there is also ridiculous. They lost me as a customer along time ago. I would rather go to a Walgreens outside of town. As for photos, I have no complaints.

On hold for over 30 min today with the pharmacy to get their fax # for my doctor. Then went to pick up Rx but they said they didn’t get the fax. Waited for 10 – 15 to talk to pharmacist about it and found out from pharmacist that I didn’t need an Rx for insulin syringes. I wish I would’ve known 10 hours ago.

Rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with. This is why I dislike going to this store and location. The Walgreens in SF have the nicest employees.

Worst pharmacy in the world. I understand it’s not their fault that 99% of their customers have no idea how to have their affairs in order and waste huge amounts of time with explanations of how their insurance has expired, but the staff is completely apathetic and slow. Expect to wait over 30 minutes at any hour of the day for a routine pickup.

Went in late night to get contact lens solution with my friend. we found what we needed fine. but when we went to pay, the cashier lady, Angelina, was VERYRUDE! She asked my friend for his name for rewards purposes or whatever. He said his name was Adrian, and she says, «oh like a girl? That’s a girl’s name.!» WTTFFF!!! Walgreens needs to train their employees to be more professional. What does his name have to do with anything? Seriously!!!

Terrible Customer Service from clerks and management. My mother went in to buy a few random items(like she always does) and the clerk didn’t put an item in her bag,(dental floss). My mom didn’t notice until she walked out or whatever, but the killer part is when she came back in to get it, they made a huge deal like she was trying to get over on them for a pack of $ 7 dental floss sticks. If I could give them a negative I would because you should always aim to please your customer, that’s how you get business ! I wasn’t even there and I can tell you no one in my family will ever shop there again. $ 7 will NOT ruin the walgreens franchise, get it together.

The girl with nerdy glasses who took the paper for my mom’s prescription medicine was not helpful whatsoever! She obviously didn’t pay attention to my instruction that I only need certain type of medicine since we have the other one at home! In the end they gave me the wrong medicine and had to wait AGAIN! She told me it will only take 15 mins in the beginning, they couldn’t find my mom’s name so they had to redo everything and have me wait for a longer time. NEVERAGAIN! Idiot! Don’t pay attention somewhere else instead of messing up with people’s prescription medicine orders!

I always have trouble getting someone on the line in pharmacy. They always hang up because I am on the line forever. I have to stand in line forever and it’s always a line.

It’s a beautiful Sunday morning! It’s 3.29.15 it’s 8:02am. I been standing at the photo counter for 5 minutes now. 2 staff member walked right past me and didn’t ask if I needed assistance, 3 minutes later, a staff member walks out the door from the photo area. She proceeds to walk right past me again. I ask her can she send someone to photo, without any visual acknowledgment she says one moment please with a very low tone. 2 minutes later she walk back by me and walk straight towards the photo area. What kind of customer service is this. After waiting over 11 minutes someone comes out to tell me I have to wait 6 minutes for the order. Please keep in mind I ordered the prints yesterday. I think this is my last visit to any Walgreens. I will pass the word please do the same.

The lines here are always long but the service is fast and friendly and if you plan ahead you’ll have no trouble. It’s also super clean, new and has anything else you’d need, plus right next to the hospital.

Waited half an hour or so of my precious time to ask what the remedy to my eye was and there was also sorts of tension going on from a lady waiting to see if her meds were insured and a guy who waited 2hrs at the drive thru while a long line to photo waits behind me watching all the drama unfold. Workers were complaining and sighing to go home and look confused and had to ask everyones permission as to what to do next. No organization what so ever and everyone was frustrated with the service!

Last night: HORRIBLE service. The person who helped me, «James/Asian guy(not sure if that was his real name because when I spoke to the manager to complain he said he «thinks» that’s his name LOL). This guy«James» told me my prescription would be ready in 2 hrs since it’s norcos. Then he tried to convince me to pick it up tomorrow. I told him I would be back in 2 hrs to pick it up and asked if there drivethru would be open since it was 24hrs pharmacy. He said he didn’t know(are you serious, how do you not know) and finally asked when I saw that it was. then he changed his story and said well, it might take MORE than 2 hrs. How do you go from 2 hrs to more than 2 within a few mins if conversation.(He just seemed lazy and wanted to out it off till tomorrow) I leave to go home and decided to come back in 2 hrs as that’s the time he told me first. After I get a call home for the delay to be more than 2 hrs I called to checkup on it and the manager told me I should have received that immediately! He then tells me to come back and it should be ready. When I get there they had me wait another 30mins when the lady at the front said it would only take 10mins and they needed to process the insurance. They give you such a run around. Very unprofessional and horrible service.

If could give them negative stars, I would. Went this evening to make a quick purchase and spent twenty minutes listening to a woman ask someone who was buying Pampers, how his wife was for the tenth time. The same seven people who were in line at the beginning of my trip to Walgreens were the same seven people I left in line when I walked out empty handed. I’ll go to CVS next time. I encourage anyone considering going to go to this Walgreens to go elsewhere.

You would expect all the pharmacies in a chain to offer the same service and products, but somehow this Walgreens manages to miss the bar. I receive multiple calls and emails that a prescription is ready to pick up, go there and wait in line(drive-through is NO faster than going inside, BTW), only to be told that 1. there’s nothing waiting for me or 2. my insurance rules say that I can’t pick it up that day, and have to come back later. I took my 2-year-old there around midnight after an ER visit for pneumonia. They said it would be 20 minutes, so we decided to come back the next day. They didn’t have enough of one medication — gave us one day’s worth instead of four — so we have to go back again. If you enjoy wasting lots of time at Walgreens without getting what you came for, shop here. If not, choose somewhere else. Perhaps someday it will be under new management and clean up its act. I hope so.

If any other pharmacy near here operated 24 hours this place would go out of business. Always a long line where impatient folk sometime take cuts. Consistently understaffed; often with a few unprofessional bozos. In the past, they have messaged me that a prescription is ready and two trips later it’s still unavailable. Tonight I called to see which of my prescriptions was ready(message never says). The woman answering the phone has not been in this country long enough to speak adequate English. I usually don’t bitch about poor language skills but I had to ask her to spell the medication and still had trouble figuring it out. She had a rude tone, and was angry with my requests to have her repeat what she could not pronounce. I was not rude to her at any point. Asked if I could have another one filled that I know is almost out and was told I could not have it tonight because it would have to be filled. Really– all night?. Asked if I had others ones near their refill time and was told she would have to look in my file and could not do it because she had a line. It’s not like I didn’t wait a long time in a phone queue to ask. So… tomorrow I’ll have to call again to finish requesting prescriptions and wait for them to be filled before I can pick them up– all because some lazy and rude bimbo can’t understand that no one wants to make multiple trips because she can’t be bothered to deal with the customer at hand and look at the file on the computer. Most of my experiences here have been substandard. Time to replace the manager!

This Walgreens is very convenient for me, its just down the street from my house. It’s open 24hr, which is cool(sometimes I feel like shopping in the middle of the nite so it feeds my fix). They are usually stocked with items that I need. Another plus is the staff is very helpful. They are very informative in regards to Items I didn’t find at this location. Best times I’ve gone is early morning or late nite(you won’t have to wait in a long line to pay).

In a word HORRIBLE!!! This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to! I have fibro and need my pain medications. I ran out 2 days early & they would not refill! I use to live in suisun and if I was out a day or 2 early they would refill it no problem. It was also a Walgreens so WTF?! In addition to not cooperating with me I waited on the phone several times to speak with the pharmacist; the longest wait was 45 minutes then I hung up the phone. When I came to drop off my prescription the line took forever so I had to come back! Today when I came to get my prescriptions at the drive thru they sent me someone else’s Medicare insurance info! Omg heard of Hippa??? That’s a violation of someone’s privacy! So Not only would they not refill early their stupid app doesn’t work! I scanned my medications last night so I could pick them up today. The app said it would be ready at 10:00am I got there at 4pm to pick it up and they said it wasn’t ready! I went off on them because after miscommunication, being put on hold, given someone else’s prescription receipt I had enough incompetence! All I can say is I will NOT be back!!! I suggest you take your business else where. Communication & competence is extremely important when dealing with someone’s medications. If you find a better pharmacy please let me know ;)
