Wah K Mark, DDS

Years ago, maybe 12, while Dr. Mark was a fairly new dentist, it didn’t work out for me. After looking at my tooth and asking a few questions, plus X rays, he seemed to be puzzled and uncertain, as what to do with my dental issue. I left his office rather upset and never returned. He was polite, but was a rookie back then. Glad to hear he’s doing much better now.

Decent and honest. Great staff and ethical. Accepts Care Credit.

Dr. Mark and his staff are the best. I just referred my best friend to them. I lived out of state a couple of times and did not get the care and expertise that I get here. I have been going since almost the first day. I don’t to ever have to go anywhere else.

Been going here for a couple years now. I moved out to the east bay and I still go here. I dont care driving thru traffic and taking 45min or more to get here. The staff here are great and Dr Mark is not rough on your teeth like DDS I been to in the past.

Dear Dr. Mark and staff,
I miss you like crazy! I’m so sorry that I took you for granted. Having had you as a dentist for more than half of my life I didn’t know any better. But now I do.
Since I’ve lived in NY I’ve had a filling fall out and the dentist i was assigned to, their office told me to wait. Asked of it was «that bad». Sighed when I said I needed an appointment ASAP. You would never have done that. You would have known that I needed you. You would have said «Is ten o’clock ok?» And you would have had me feeling better in no time. But instead I had to wait. Sat down for twenty minutes in a chair and got an off color filling that wasn’t pushed down far enough so that I can still feel a pang of hurt when I drink cold water. :(
Dr. Mark. You are seriously a one of a kind dentist. You and your staff are the best. Professional. Courteous. Know how to Track me down and get me into a chair and not even make me feel bad about it. Thank you. Thank you for those wonderful years of dentistry. Every time I sit in a dental chair I’ll be saying «it’s just not the same» and wishing I was back in your office.

15 years later, we’ve moved, but we haven’t changed our dentist. This is our family dentist.
I listed to everyone else’s horror stories and I shake my head (SMH) and wonder why they haven’t read my review. Maybe they like to be tortured by their dentist?

Dr. Mark and his staff are the best! My family and I have been coming to him for years and have always had positive experiences.
I have never, seriously never, been a fan of going to the dentist (I once said I equate getting my teeth cleaned with the pain of getting my tattoo) but I’ve learned to not mind it so much through coming to Dr. Mark over the years. Being offered to listen to music during the cleaning and fillings has definitely helped. A dentist that allows you to listen to music during your cleaning or other procedure? There’s a winning dentist in my book!
Very family friendly, they definitely understand being a busy family with all different schedules. Thus the (very appreciated!) reminder calls leading up to your appointment. Haha.
Friendly, professional, personable (the whole office seems to always remember what I mentioned about my life from my last visit!), and accommodating are all words I would use to describe Dr. Mark and his staff :)

I had to have a tooth extracted. Despite a significant portion of my tooth being gone Dr. Mark was able to extract it in one piece, with no pain, and with great expediency. The experience couldn’t be better. I highly recommend Dr. Mark and his staff.

I hate going to the dentist, who doesn’t?! Thankfully Dr. Wah and his team make the experience pretty enjoyable. Hazel at the front desk is awesome, she is an excellent conversationlist and very friendly. The hygenist (sorry, I don’t recall her name) was experienced and bright. Dr. Mark is the man. He is smart, kind and very thorough. I feel at ease in Dr. Wah’s office; Bob Marley certainly does help.
