Upon walking into this location today we noticed that it was not even 8pm and they close at 10, however, the chairs were on the tables and the girl was cleaning like they were closed. Usually a restaurant would leave the chairs down for customers who might want to enjoy their sandwich there. We were looking at the menu when the girl cleaning came over and asked if we were ready.(I’m not sure she even washed her hands come to think of it.) I told her not yet and got a deep annoyed sigh from her. When I ordered, I had to ask for extra veggies since she barely put anything on my sandwich, like they were low on veggies and were trying to conserve. She finished my sandwich, wraps it and puts it on the counter near the register. The lady at the register(maybe an owner or manager) is standing there, she was the only one handling money and ringing customers up. She starts messing with my sandwich, opened it, touched it and rewrapped it. She was just handling money then touched my food!!! She got upset because I was waiting for my husband’s sandwich to be made before we paid. Now on to my husband’s sandwich. There are signs in the restaurant that say extras cost extra, which to me means you can add extras on your sandwich. My Husband usually orders the Club and adds salami, this particular location wouldn’t let him add it, just money in their pockets that they didn’t want. So on top of him not being allowed to get what he wanted on his sandwich, the went skimpy on the veggies with his sandwich as well. The girls behind the counter obviously didn’t want to be there. Must have been under pressure from the boss. So, after the dirty handed lady touched my sandwich and my husband couldn’t get his sandwich they way he wanted, we left. We didn’t get our sandwiches and we will NEVER go back to this location. Horrible experience. Also a side note, the gentlemen in front of us in line had issues as well and they didn’t seem to care.

No greet at the door. Two choices of bread. No pickles. What kind of subway is this. The people were friendly enough, but they say that close at 10 and seemed to be closing up shop around 8pm. This subway is the type that want to keep you from going to others. Sad. You close at 10pm so you should act like it.

If you want service with a smile this is your place. I had the best subway experience of my life today. The staff are so friendly and are happy to engage you in conversation. The sandwich it’s self met all requirements of a great subway sandwich. My favorite is the oven roasted chicken breast on flat bread.

Let’s just begin with the fact that I’m a picky eater. There I said it! I’m damn picky! Usually when people are starving they don’t care what they get to eat as long as they can fill their stomachs, they’re happy. On the other hand, the hungrier I get, the more particular I get about what I want to eat and exactly how I want it. Anyways, I had to go down to Sacramento and I was starving. I left home craving subway but I am not happy with the subway establishments near my house so I thought I’ll give another location a chance. So as I was driving, I checked to see closest subways and lucky for me this one was right off the freeway. I was in a hurry, so I had to call in my order. And let’s just say before I placed my order I was just thinking of all the ways the sandwich might not meet my expectations since I was so hungry and seems like I’ve been disappointed a million times before at other establishments. Anyways, I placed my order in precise detail over the phone, making sure to tell her that I want chipotle sauce before and after it gets toasted and all my other knit picky details such as only 4 jalapeños, etc(don’t laugh, I just know what I want!). Anyways, so once I arrived it was easy to find parking. I went inside and I was greeted by the staff and I picked up my sandwich. I had told them I would be arriving in about 10 mins and instructed them to wait to make my sandwich b/c I didn’t want to eat it cold. The first sign good sign was I could feel that my sandwich was still hot :). By this point, I was soooo hungry and anticipated a really yummy sandwich. Once I got back on the road and unwrapped my sandwich, and took a bite… mmmmm it was seriously made to PERFECTION. They didn’t miss any details and I was amazed because its hard for someone as picky as me to be satisfied. My only wish is that this location was closer to my home so I could satisfy my subway cravings more often. But I’ll be sure to stop over whenever I am headed that way.

I found a booger, complete with tiny hair, in an olive IN my sandwich. I had already taken a few bites when I happened to look at my sandwich and saw it peeking out. Totally got sick and threw the rest of the sandwich away. Haven’t been back since. Please check your food if you decide to eat here!!! They are filthy!!!

Everytime I go into this particular branch there are always new employees, EVERYTIME. There is never ANY management supervision. Today as I stepped into this location I noticed this girl that clearly didn’t want to be there. She complained 2 ½ more hours in here, I guess her 8 dollars an hour isn’t suiting her well. So as she is making my sandwich she proceeds to ask me if I work, I informed her that I didn’t. She told me about this job fair that is goiing to be at Marine World… Then she proceeded to ask me if I was a DRUGDEALER… Are you serious? I was so offended beyond belief, I told her No, I go to school. She had a very nasty sarcastic tone… I’ll remember not to go in there anymore, I’d rather eat canned green beans!!!

Damnit David beats me to all the«firsts»!!! This place is your avg. Subway. Kinda small but it works. Staff is über nice! I wanted the«$ 5 foot long» but everything I wanted wasnt part of the«$ 5 foot long» deal WTF! So I took a chance and ordered the Cheese Steak. The guy told me I would be über happy and would come back again. Well… I wasnt impressed w/the Subway version of a Philly Cheese. Im not gonna knock them for that to much though because you just cant duplicate the Philly Cheese Steak! I will be back though and sorry, not for the Cheese Steak.

So at long last this Subway is finally opened. The sign’s been promising this moment for nearly a year, but it only just had its grand opening in the last few weeks. I obviously dig it because it’s the closest sandwich shop to my house, and they make a pretty good sandwich at that. I just ordered a footlong Chicken & Bacon Ranch, toasted, served on Italian Herbs & Cheese. Damn that’s one tasty sandwich! I’m totally stuffed but it was well worth it. Service was almost overly friendly for a joint like this, but I’m guessing it’s the euphoria of the clerks opening a new restaurant. Their optimism hasn’t been crushed yet by a multitude of cocky, angry, and generally bitter customers who like nothing more than to make people almost as miserable as they are. Well, Subway clerks, I hope for your sake that doesn’t happen because it was truly a joy getting a fresh sandwich made with a smile. 4 stars because their menu is still pretty limited. I thought it odd that they didn’t have(or advertise, at least) their chipotle sauce. That stuff is off the hook!
