Ray’s Tree Service

I had a huge tree in the front yard that needed to be removed and another that needs to be trimmed. I got a quote from one guy and it was $ 1800, thought it was too high. I called a few places and Ray returned my call right away. Came out from Vallejo and quoted me a price of $ 1000, which I accepted.
He came the next day and removed and trimmed my tree. He also got my neighbors tree scheduled for removal and trimmed another tree down the street, so guess he was popular. Anyway, great work, I would highly recommend him to come back and remove a couple more trees I have in my backyard.

Ray was recommended by a good friend of ours, so we had him give us a bid to remove 2 large trees. Every step of the way Ray was professional and timely. I wish I could say that for other contractors we have contacted in the past few years for house remodeling, etc.
His crew showed up exactly when he said they would, and, as several others have mentioned, not only did they do the job as promised, but the yard was cleaner than before they started. Ray and the crew took out two large trees and removed the stump of one near the foundation of the house. They even cleaned up some dead branches on near-​by trees that needed pruning without being asked. I was so impressed, I had them come back the next day for some additional Spring pruning.
Ray far exceeded our expectations for professionalism, timeliness, and cost. I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of tree work. It’s nice to know that there are still credible business people like Ray that can be trusted to do an A-​1 job.

After years of having our three olive trees looking like umbrellas, we found Ray’s Tree Service though our next door neighbor. And lucky we did. They really know their stuff! The proceeded to prune and shape the tree’s by opening and spacing the branches to give them the proper look! They also trimmed our Japanese Maple and and Oak Tree that was too near to our roof. His staff worked had all day. The were obviously trained well, since they hauled every branch and leaf away, and left the street spotless. Better yet the price was right! Ray’s did a great job on my trees and trees on neighboring properties. He made my neighbors comfortable with what he planned to do and kept the peace in the neighborhood. Ground-​out a stump, planted a new (less trashy tree), cleaned-​up, on-​time. Great Job!

I have used Ray’s tree service before. They have the right tools, workers and best price. They have done an excellent job. They trimmed my large trees and removed my aok tree and removed the stump. Left the place spotless. Will use them again.

I strongly reccomend Ray’s ! His team put in a full day shaping trees, removing others, and stump griding. They did a super clean-​up job as well, leaving the yard and street in front of the house spotless. Thier work in solid.

I can’t say enough good things about Ray and his crew! They are prompt, efficient, professional and great at what they do! They removed a pretty big tree from our yard and beautifully trimmed up our 4 big Palm trees and cut back another tree. I couldn’t be more happy with the results! Even better than I expected. Fantastic! We could not be more pleased with the service Ray and his crew provided. We needed to remove 6 25 foot tall Italian Cypress trees and have the stumps grinded. Not only did they provide a competitive bid, It only took a day to complete the work! And they left our front yard looking great! We will be using them again.

Ray tree services did cut my pine tree last April 12, 2014. They did a good job doing cutting it, cutting the roots and really cleaning it. The price is good and may ask him to trim my cypress tree this summer. Good job Ray.

I have know Ray for many years and he and his crew have always done a very good job at a reasonable price. Recently, he trimmed three very large trees and the results were fantastic. After the job was done, the area was cleaned up and looked better than before he has started the job. I highly recommend his company.
