If anyone is looking for fast service and affordable prices for car alarms Pancho is the man to go to.
I have a ’98 Honda Civic & someone had been trying to break into it. It already showed that they had tried to dig through the driver side lock. At this point you couldn’t even open the drivers side. So I needed to do something to arm my car other than a putting a club on it & I was so worried I’d have to spend a large chunk of $ to do this.
Of course, I searched Unilocal & Pancho Cisco came up with some pretty good reviews. So I called Pancho. I told him what was happening & asked him for his advice. He suggested to install an alarm for the simple fact that if they did break in, they wouldn’t be able to start the ignition. That seemed reasonable to me AND he was able to do the work that day. This was comforting to know because it was the only day my husband & I had off together & we just wanted to take care of it in 1 day & get it over with.
Everything went really smooth. We took the car to Pancho within an hour, we chose our alarm system & left the work to Pancho. He charged me $ 300 for everything. I really didn’t do any research on prices but I was ok with it for the following reasons:
It was short notice
No appointment needed
Pancho was very knowledgeable
One stop deal, he had everything in his shop.
No need to order anything.
At the end of the day, when we drove our car home we noticed the radio didn’t work. We called Pancho back & with no problems, he said to take it back & he could fix it. And that’s what he did.
What really made me a satisfied customer was Pancho knew what he was talking about, he gave an affordable price & he got the job done. And what more can you ask for? Great customer service at the front counter as well. Idk the guys name but he didn’t ignore us while we were waiting for Pancho to come out to talk to us. He assured us Pancho knew we were there & he’d be right out. You don’t experience great customer service like that anymore. I could tell that these people genuinely had a business they cared about & wanted people to come in & receive great service. So please support Vallejo businesses. Pancho is a no-​nonsense guy & will take care of you.

Got an alarm installed, they finished late. They complained blamed the car. and to top it off the damaged my paint job when they removed the door for an alarm install? Says he’ll take care of the damage, 3 days later he puts on some brush touch up paint… horrible… the whole time he had horrible attitude. passing the blame to his workers… tries to give me life lessons and says that this problem was caused by me when the car wasn’t done on time… he then says he can take it to his insurance. but won’t give me the info. got my own insurance involved. and thanks to them, the insurance the claim finnaly gets put in. DON’T DO IT! ALL THESE POSITIVES MUST BE HIS FREINDS AND RELATIVES!!! STAY AWAY!

Easy to work with Pancho Cisco tunes in Vallejo. The staff here is really really nice and awesome. We have been using them for the last year now and couldn’t be more satisfie. Really really awesome people Would highly recommend!

I brought my older Ford in to get a plain old stereo and four speaker a couple of years ago. I was happy with what I had for a while and needed to upgrade, Francisco told me to let him hook something up, I didn’t expect a lot and was really happy with the end results. There were a lot of hours labor involved and more equipment needed than we thought at first but he still took care of me in more than a fair manner. This isn’t a phoney ghost review, I work at Napa Auto down the street. This guy is a solid business man and I will highly recommend him to anyone.

Pancho is the man. Clean instal, went in Monday morning and had the truck back before noon. Fair price and professional service. I will certainly return!

Called around a few places. Went with Pancho because of the price deal compared to other spots. But when I got in there, the deal was backed with excellent customer service. Pancho kept me informed with what was going on and what speedbumps was hit with my radio installation. But he fixed it no problem no sweat. Solid customer service means remember customers names and situations and they didn’t skip a beat. Best place I’ve been to out of all 3 installations I have ever had. Will come here from now on.

Have to get here early on Saturday’s. If you do they are a professional installation shop with fast and courteous service.

I went there for a remote start alarm and Francisco took care of me even had a little trouble because my vehicle had two existing alarms in the vehicle verry professional

I called to see if I needed an appointment to have a new stereo I purchased elsewhere installed. Pancho said to just come in. I brought the car in and he said it would take about an hour and a half. He called back right on time and said the car was done. The install was perfect. He even fixed a preexisting broken cover on the power window switches.
I was very impressed with the excellent work and customer service. Businesses like this are very hard to find these days. I highly recommend Pancho Cisco for any auto installations.

I bought a keyless remote for my Cadillac SLS off eBay. the seller on eBay told me I had to program it at my local dealership, i took it to team Chevy, Cadillac waited around 2 hours for them to just tell me they were unable to make it work. I then went to ponchosisco tunes, where it took them about 10 mins to get it programmed & charged me less then half the price the dealer wanted. Poncho’s has the best prices in Vallejo. good quality work & good customer service. Very happy with my experience there… FYI they bought my old used iPhone for a pretty good price to!

What more could a girl want?

My brother and I came to Francisco with out new nissan maxima that had a bose sound system that needed some more thump. We wanted to keep the original bose speakers and dvd navigation interface and was thrilled to hear that he could get it done in a timely fashion. A short while latter the system was ready and after a brief tutorial we were ready to go. The new sound system amazing! exactly what we wanted. The car was fitted with 4 gauge wiring a powerfull amp and 12inch sub and at a very affordable price. If you are in need of a new sound system or just a upgrade we recomend this place, and I think we might be going there soon to get the viper remote start alarm system. Did I mention they do h.i.d. and xenon light kits also?

My G35 Bose system was shot. Pancho replaced my cd player and upgraded my car with a surround phone system. Spent almost 20 min making sure that all my controls were just right and also linked up my phone for me. Great turn around time and an honest fair price. Well worth the drive from Napa. Thanks Pancho and I will referral you to my friends. And when you are done there is an awsome BBQ place 2 blocks away named Grace’s.(BONUS)

I’ve been here twice. First time to install speaker and the second time to install an alarm. Pancho and staff were very helpful and friendly. They got the worked done fast. Love my new sounds and alarm. I would definelty go again.
