For the non DIY’er we provide installations using only our in house professional installation crews! History

Established in 2000.

Olde Towne Floors originally was founded as a flooring installation company. We installed flooring for several Retail Floor shops in Solano, Contra Costa, San Francisco and Marin Counties. In 2004 we decided to open our own retail location. In 2013 we moved to our current 2400 sq.ft. showroom. The large showroom allows us to carry the top manufactures in all categories of flooring. We also sell several import flooring company’s product at budget prices.

I am a licensed Flooring Contractor {CSLB 848 757} with 16 years in the trade. We as a company have firm beliefs that honesty is the best policy and doing it right is the only way, even if it may cost more. But the upside is, the floor we install for you will be right and you will never have to replace it, unless you want a different color!

As installers we have two Motos: «Show respect in the customer’s house, treat it as if it were your own» and «Do not install it in their house if you would not install it in your own.» These principals have guided us to many, many years of successfull installations and happy customers. We look forward to serving you in the future.

After reading reviews we decided to visit Old Towne Floors. We met Mike one of the owners. We decided to have Mike replace our kitchen /​dinning room floor. They did a great job, love the flooring. They had some unexpected work to do and did not charge more! Exceeded our expectations!

These guys did half of my house with quickstep laminate and new baseboard over a thousand square feet in a day and a half I ask all the questions they gave me all the right answers will you work Saturday how many days will it take how many guys on your crew will you give me a warranty yes two six yes these guys were very good above average carpentry skills good clean up perfect job by the way I live in Vacaville I checked everywhere I called all the companies I could find in Napa Vallejo Fairfield Vacaville Benicia Sacramento everywhere I called over 15 companies talk to them all multiple times on the phone checked all the reviews had three come to my house to give me bids these guys where the best plus gave me the second best bid would have used them even if they didn’t give me such a good price (FIRST check prices on the phone with all the companies before they come to your house then get it in writing when they get to your house)

I had a wonderful experience visiting the store last June and the woman there spent a good 2 hours helping me select the perfect flooring for an entire home remodel. She was able to answer all of my questions, and a few days later I was contacted by the guy who coordinates installation. He did not follow through and delayed and I was on a tight schedule with one month of flexibility. Disappointed, I had to hire a handyman my realtor recommended instead to install wood flooring from Lowes, and paid a little less for poor quality work. I really wanted to use this company as they’ve clearly done good work and use high quality materials; it’s unfortunate that something as simple as responding to customers has cost them business and left customers scrambling as I was and ended up with some shoddy work instead.

Had great expectations based upon other reviews. Installation clearly rushed and left with creaks and what appears to be loose stair steps. Unreplaced baseboards that were previously damaged and need to be replaced. Failed to arrive for any follow up repairs/​remediation. Poor follow up after installation.

For customer service, i have to give Olde Towne Floors five stars.
I visited Olde Towne Floors looking for information on tile installation and general flooring questions. Unfortunately, they don’t do tile installs, however they did have a huge showroom full of other flooring materials. Since I plan on doing some other flooring updates in the future, I decided to browse the store anyway.
What really stood out for me about this store right from the beginning, more than the variety and selection, was the superb customer service. The sales lady (sorry, forget her name) was very polite, pleasant, and helpful while answering all my questions about things like material quality and source, transitioning from one floor type to another, and installation. When I do move forward in re-​flooring my other rooms, i will definitely visit this place again.

Rudy and crew just left after spending two days installing new vinyl in 3 baths and a laundry room in our home. What a great job they did! We are very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism throughout the process. They arrived on time, were friendly and considerate, and left everything clean and tidy at day’s end. They went above and beyond to fix faults in our existing flooring, even removing the existing poorly-​installed vinyl rather than overlaying, and to fix a problem with the seal on one of the toilets. And they were lowest of three estimates we got on price to boot. We would definitely hire them again for other flooring needs and recommend them to others.

It feels good to write a review for a business that does things the right way, from the time you walk in the door and shake hands to when you gladly cut the check after an outstanding job has been done.
Mike and Lisa were 100% honest, up font, and easy to work with through the whole process. You can read the other reviews here and my experience lines up with theirs. Rudy and a helper did my house after Mike measured, quoted and helped set up for the day. Rudy was professional, fast and really knows what he is doing. Our carpet is beautiful. And seamless. Thank you for an amazing job.
Before checking out a chain floor store or the dreaded Big Box, give some local love to Olde Towne. Their workmanship is very good. The price will come in at the same rate (probably lower, actually) and you will be keeping your money local with a grade A family business. 5 stars across the board.

I had these guys take out some old carpeting and replace with Laminate flooring a couple of months ago. They did a great job, good cleanup, good price… everything… I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends. Just a word of caution… When Big Mike comes to your door… you may think you’re about to be on an episode of «Duck Dynasty» !!! ;-)

We highly recommend Old Towne Floors. Mike and Javier did a magnificent/​seamlesst job with the laminate floors in our family room, kitchen and laundry room. I love my flooring! After seeking out three quotes, Olde Towne Floors came in the lowest and also did a fab job. Mike provided me with creative solutions to make it my floor plan more seamless and recommended the type and grain that would work best in my household. He also redid my base boards which I adore. It really looks immaculate! I have had so many compliments and the quality has really held up. This family run business is truly 5 star all around!

We recently had Olde Towne Floors install carpet and vinyl in our new home. Rudi estimated and also assisted with installation. When compared with other estimates, theirs was the most affordable. Great place for flooring if you live in Napa County or the North Bay. We have been buying flooring for our houses in our hometown of Napa for about 30 years, but decided to obtain estimates from several of the top rated places in Vallejo this time. (Thank you, Unilocal.) The two flooring places in Napa were higher priced for flooring and installation than the two places we checked in Vallejo. We also checked Home Depot which ended up being more expensive than all four of the others because of their higher installation charges. Plus they charge $ 50 for an estimate. All the others provided free in home measurements and estimates.
Olde Towne Floors was the least expensive for material and installation. With each company I checked out what I could purchase the same material for over the Internet and Olde Town Floors had the least mark up. In fact I could not find a better price anywhere. It seemed that Olde Towne Floors was also the only one of five that did not contract out for installation of floors. Their installation fee was hundreds of dollars less than any of the others. The owner, Mike, actually met us in the store to talk to us and then was one of two persons to install our flooring.
Service was great. Prices were the best. The installation was perfect. Olde Towne Floors was also really down to earth, helpful and friendly. I’ve already had one of my friends contact them and will certainly recommend them to others and continue to do business. You have nothing to lose and might save a lot of money by contacting them for a free estimate.

Mike and his team have carpeted three places for me. In addition they did some carpet patching in my on a carpet that had become stained from a water leak. These guys do AMAZING work. EVERYTHING is perfect and I never have had any issue with their service or product. Everyone on the team is very professional, knowlegable and concientious. One of the feather in this companies cap is that Mike always keeps me in the loop, communicating with me throughout the entire project. When he shows me carpet samples, he clearly explains the benefits of each product making my decision on what to choose very easy.

I needed some new carpet for the stairs and a piece of bad carpet in the master bedroom, I called up Mike and he came out and gave me a quote, he was professional and explained to me all the different types of carpeting options i had, he was extremely thorough and i felt comfortable enough to choose him to do the job. Rudy was the installer of the carpet, he did a PHENOMENAL job, he was extremely professional, did a great job, cleaned up after himself and the carpet looks amazing. I would recommend Olde Towne Floors to anyone out there looking for flooring.

Mike and team installed a gorgeous wide plank solid wood maple floor in my entry, great room and hallway. They did a phenomenal job, dealing with unforeseen problems like a very uneven concrete slab underneath the carpet they ripped up. they had creative solutions to some creaking in the walkway.
I recommend Olde Towne Floors unconditionally.
