We represent people in family law matters including dissolution of marriage (divorce), legal separations, annulments, domestic partnerships, adoptions, custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property division, division of pension and retirement benefits, guardianships and conservatorships.

We prepare wills and trusts to reflect client’s wishes for the disposition of their estates, assist trustees and beneficiaries with trust administration issues, and probate estates when someone dies with or without a will.

We represent individuals and businesses in general civil litigation matters including disputes involving contracts, businesses, partnerships, and real estate. Mr. Frost is an experienced mediator with specialized training in that field and has served as a mediator in a number of cases.

History

Established in 2003.

Mr. Frost was admitted to practice law in California in 1983. He practiced with well known firms in Walnut Creek and Pleasanton in his first years of practice. During that period he handled insurance defense cases, products liability defense, real estate litigation, contract and construction disputes, plaintiffs personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Frost relocated his practice to Vallejo and Napa in 1991. In the last 20 years, Mr. Frost’s practice has focused on family law matters, real estate, wills and trusts, trust administration, probate, and general civil litigation.
