History

Established in 2010.

During my volunteering, I was required to be fingerprinted along with others in order to be a certified mentor. At the time, there were a lot of people who needed to be live scanned, but very few certified individuals to do it. Not knowing the requirements for such a task, I offered to help with the fingerprinting during the live scan event in order to speed along the process for the people waiting. I was informed that only individuals who had gone through specific training and certification were able to do the fingerprinting. That moment marked the beginning of my research into live scan services and what that entailed, later leading me to also become certified in Notary, DNA collection and finger rolling. These certifications all form the foundation of Next Level ID, a division of Next Level Consulting Services.

Business Owner

Sylvanus Burton, a native of Vallejo, the Founder and CEO of Next Level Consulting Services. Sylvanus is very committed and active in various community organizations. His community activities also include being on the Board of Directors for Community Resources Support Center and that of his Homeowner’s Association in the community where he resides with his wife of 24 years.
