wish I had read these reviews before giving them my money. My car didn’t pass the smog. Honest companies would have given free retest, not this place, told me I would only have to pay another 40 for retest. So 40 plus 41.75 for test, plus another 8.25 for certificate; no thank you. Was trying to do a good a thing for a family member and this place was in close proximity and ended up getting semi-​ranup in by this company. I say semi because I refuse to go back and let them finish the job!

Today 1.5.2016. This was my go to gas station but today no longer. I went to get gas this afternoon and the young on-​duty clerk was quick to take my money so i can fill my car. As I lift the nozzle and try to pump gas to my car, nothing was coming out. I went back inside to let the clerk know and he immediately told me the pump is not working and returned my money. I moved my car to the next pump and he said none are working. He did not stated ALL pumps are not working when he returned the money to me, maybe we could have avoided this sad event that took place. There were no signs on each pump that is out of order, I nicely suggested it to the clerk. His response was he could not place the sign. I suggested to him that it may prevent people from stopping hoping to get gas and to find out its out of order. His response to me was «what will I use to put the sign». Note, he said this to me while he is conversing nicely and friendly to the girl at the counter. He rudely added, «are you going to help me to put the sign?» I would have gladly helped him if he would have been nicer and polite. He was very RUDE and very CONDESCENDING. He need to be professional, courteous and have excellent «Customer Service.»

This gas station charges a little more than my other favorite gas station on Sonoma Boulevard but, I guess gas price wars will ensue and forever continue…
First, this gas station had lower gas prices than my favorite gas station at the beginning of August 2015 then, my favorite gas station decreased their gas prices by at least five cents but, this gas station hasn’t met or decreased their gas prices as of the end of August 2015; it must be difficult competing with other gas stations in the area.
The gentlemen working at this gas station are cool and friendly so, two stars are warranted for their customer service alone. So, cheers to you for being so nice to me; I hope you can beat my favorite gas station down the street, right? Hint-​hint. ..

Unless you have a coupon dont bother going here. And even if you have a coupon I guess they wont honor that either! (See previous Unilocal review)
We arrived 10 mins til open hour (9am) the guy was late 15 mins (9:15) and then so grumpy even for someone like me! Lol
Drive 5 mins more you’ll see A1 smog on your left and you’ll get all consideration you need for a better day.

They don’t even deserve a star! Consumer’s BEWARE! False Advertising!!! This company has an ad in the Monthly Grapevine Newletter for a smog check for $ 29.75 ($ 39.75 for 1996 and older cars). I took my car there this morning and the technician quoted me $ 80 on the form. I told him that I had a coupon and pointed out the prices. He said that he was instructed by the owner to just give $ 10 off if presented with the Monthly Grapvine coupon and walked away. I too left and went elsewhere. I reported them to BBB for false adviertising. Don’t waste your time here; go somewhere else.

i believe they changed their name to US Gas. the guy who mainly works here is nice, don’t take crap from anyone though. He doesnt accept a lot of pocket change (FYI).
