Zero stars. There’s a few capable employees here – primarily the eyeglass fitters. However, for many many moons now, the sole primary objective of this unit is too shake all the coins and bills out of your pockets as they can. My most recent shocking event happened when the department refused to issue my contact lens prescription «unless I agreed to purchase a bulk supply of lenses from them.» This was after I had paid them two (2) copayment fees. That’s likely illegal. I had some success reporting them to Patient Services for this, but the aftertaste lingers. Your health care provider should be your ally, not the bully on the block trying to shake you down for your lunch money. Their prices for most prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses are marked up several percent over MSRP. You would likely find more competitive prices on Rodeo Dr. in Beverly Hills. They got nothing on places like Costco, Site for Sore Eyes, or even the usually higher priced Lenscrafters. They really need to start their business model from scratch. Epic failure.
