I have been in the real estate business for the past 10 years. Last year I received my Broker’s License in order to better service my clients. Currently I have teamed up with Ronald Lee at Re/​Max Gold to help manage the bank owned properties in this area, as well as helping sellers transition out of their current homes via short sales.

I have been in the real estate business for the past 10 years. Last year I received my Broker’s License in order to better service my clients. I also have a BA degree in Psychology from CSU-​Sacramento.

Currently I have teamed up with Ronald Lee at Re/​Max Gold to help manage the bank owned properties in this area, of which we have quite a few. Because of this I have a good understanding as to what the banks are looking for, and what they will be requiring of you when you are looking to purchase one of their homes.

We also have a full service transaction department to assist buyers, once their offer gets accepted, as well as handling all the finer points of busy short sales. Therefore whether you are looking to buy your home, or sell it, no matter what situation you are in I am ready, willing and able to help you!
